Hardly any water retention. I feel slightly bloated pre WO at the time i'm taking in all the supps. Then slightly bloated Post WO when i take in protein shake when i get home from the gym. I notice during my workouts I can drink alot of water and not feel like i've over done it. No side cramps either. I notice WF/GM has made me more defined and makes my muscles rock hard. My vascularity has gone up a ton as well. Also dont take this on an empty stomach (at least I don't) when i do take on an empty stomach I get bubble gut big time.
