Day 89
Lighter training day and family stuff. Nailed some arms and rear delt/traps pump stuff. Ok session but nothing special.
Day 90
Actually got round to weighing myself this morning, down at 125 (so about 5lbs off). Calories have been down while I had that cold and I’m guessing a lot of that is glycogen with not training as much. Then I see the mirror and I’m starting to look like I have abs again so might be the winny starting to pull some water off.
Made a real effort to get calories back up to recomp levels today.
Training was one of those annoying sessions where in theory it should have been great (didn’t run this morning, cold has gone, felt decent etc) but when it came to it the big lifts just weren’t there. Technique let me down on squats, missed 380 for 5 by a country mile. Just a bad line on the second rep, slightly tipped, nothing out of the hole and just muscled it up. That took a lot out of me so when the next rep was off as well I just dumped it. Just did some accessory stuff at 5 sets of 10 for legs to try and get something from the session but chalking it up as one of those days.
