Quick weight update - 225.5lbs this morning. Down a few pounds but without the training that could also be muscle glycogen and intercellular water so I’ll take a view over the next few days.

still at least 4-6lbs fat needing to come off to be close to where I wanted at a guess but clearly the drugs will allow for some recomp. Got a pretty clear uninterrupted run through to the end of the cycle as well 👌

I think you are visibly leaner than you were in your last pics. Probably did lose some fat while out there if you stayed active. Tren really turns up the fat fire and kills muscle catabolism so probably the perfect compound for the situation you were just in.

Ok so we are feeling good and keeping it pumping today.

Boxed this morning, still targeting an amateur bout in November and about to step up the sparring in preparation for that. The tren definitely makes the conditioning harder but my engine is solid enough and I’ll be on a cruise dose at fight time so that doesn’t concern me. I do need to work on my movement though, one of our heavyweights got sparked clean out in a bout the other day through lack of movement and I have a tendency to stand and brawl so gonna focus hard on trying to improve that.

lifted this afternoon. Catching up sessions and it was a heavy leg session…..(I know I squatted yesterday but it was light and well tren🤷)

reverse hyper 3x15

back squat, 1x7 at 341 (meant to be a triple but a red session so basically max reps) - to be honest I reckon 8 was there as well. Definite bodyweight rep pr and not far off a rep pr regardless of bw

Back squat 3x3 308

leg press 3x10 at 528

Bulgarian split squat 3x12 es

reverse hyper 3x15

then went and played tennis tonight (started slow but turned into prime federer in the 3rd and 4th set 😂).

feeling good. Slept well last night. That’s been really helpful lately.

tomorrow is a new day - planning to crush the fcuk out of it 👌

Solid session, great squatting . Damn dude, you squatting every 2-3 days? That kind of recovery must be nice!

I wouldn’t normally squat back to back days but wanted to catch my programmed sessions up and on gear (especially with the peptides) I can get away with it on the odd occassion.

normally squat 2x week and pull once

Hmmmm... not sure about that, how old are you? We have some "older studs" around these parts. @thebigt @Rocket3015

honestly bro you look in better shape than most 40 year olds I know.

the thing that made me get myself sorted out 8 years ago was the thought of being 50 and basically unable to do anything because of the health problems my weight would have caused.

At 39 I’m in such better shape in all ways than I was at 30. Age is simply a number, zest for life, attitude, approach, ability to function is what counts.

my dad retired at 55 and aged 10 years within a month, he just didn’t do anything, sat around the house watching tv and the difference was unbelievable. It’s made me never want to end up like that. I fully intend to be living life to the fullest for as long as I can. Plenty of 70 and 80 year olds killing it and having a great time. The older we are the more life experience and often financial freedom we have - bring all that to bare and fucking kill it bro.

we’ll that’s what I’m planning anyway lol

So update for today. Weight holding bang on 225.5.

will monitor and I’m not going to do any more with cals as the visible progress appears decent and I want to leave somewhere to go in the last few weeks.

one of the biggest takeaways I’m seeing at the moment is the feel good aspect of not using orals, I’ve always thrown an oral on every cycle but to be honest I’m going to minimise that in the future. I feel great and the increased tren hasn’t caused any issues at all.

ran 5k this morning, pushed the pace a bit more and was comfortable

light session (was what was programmed)

bench 5x5 at 200
Lat raise 3x10
Trap bar shrugs 3x10
Swiss bar hammer curls 3x12
French press 3x12
Spider curls 3x12
Trx oh tri extension 3x12
Stir the pot 3x16

Great pump, veins are started to really pop again.

really enjoying training at the moment. Also happened to see the cunt who screwed me over posting a tough looking deadlift double at 185 - he’s actually entering a powerlifting comp in 6 weeks and we are the same bw now. It has seriously crossed my mind to enter and own him but I’d have to change my plans and im not changing my life for him.

I will however find out the next one he does and time my bulk to peak into it 🤣

Just enter DL only and make an easy pull over his final attempt

JK; don’t let that douche take up any more of your thoughts. The best revenge is your overwhelming success, and you get further faster with eyes on the road ahead vs looking back over your shoulder!

Nothing too exciting last few days but here’s the update.

felt a little tired during the day last couple of days, generally feel good but I’m probably pushing it a touch too hard on certain days given the deficit (like when I came back from being away I hit it hard to ‘make up’). Upped calories a touch yesterday just to aid a little bit of recovery.

deadlifted the other day, was only 5x5 at 341 (which should be crazy light) but I really struggled (actually took a covid test afterwards just because I felt so jaded).

reverse and good mornings finished off the session

ran 5k that morning and boxed as well

weight this morning up to 229 but probably natural varience

today was a rest day although I went to boxing, concerned I’m not a natural mover in the ring, I mean I’m a heavyweight so obviously I’m never gonna have the footwork of a light weight but it’s definitely my weakness (I also can’t dance for ****). Getting hit is ok and I can throw, issue I’ll have is most heavyweights are heavier than me now so standing and trading has its issues.

Sex on tren is awesome, I’m dropping cialis when I now it’s likely to be good and just getting crazy. Ass is getting eaten all over the place 🤣

I forget where we are up to weeks wise, I think I’m finishing week 7 this weekend but plan wise I’m probably going to continue on for another 6 - I have the tren for that at current dosing and I’d rather not introduce the t3’(my plan to move it along in last few weeks). I’m also really happy with the strength compared to my last cut.

will pull bloods in a week or 2 so everything is subject to that.

blood pressure 144/77 earlier, not concerned with that as one reading on cycle but I’m normally lower.

will post up the stats from my oura ring at the end of this cut as well. Looked at the trends the other day and the impact gear has on various health markers is staggering. For example by HRV drops through the floor on gear. Basically my best markers are when I’m lighter on trt doses. Heavier and on gear doesn’t look good at all, but no one on AM kids ourselves this is healthy, just an acceptable trade off I guess.

So thinks are still moving on. Weight this morning at 227 so kinda trending down.

squatted today, 5x5 paused back squat at 275

bench doubles at 220 teeing up a max rep effort on Tuesday at 253

accessory work included db rows, front raises, an roll outs, reverse hyper, little bit of arms.

dosing still 400 test, 600 tren, 400 mast.

peptides still tesamorelin, hex, ipam, ghk cu and snap 8.

off clen at the moment, will bring it back next week.

nothing dramatic to report, all pretty standard at the moment

Yeah I imagine those deads were hard from being on a deficit and having trained explosively earlier with the boxing on top of the 5k run. I mean that can probably be done without a huge effect on dead lift performance if you were eating for performance but in a deficit I am sure it was enough to make it feel heavier. Might want to hold off on conditioning until after training on dead lift days or eat a little more if performance on that day is a priority.

to be honest I’m just combining all oils in one needle and stabbing that IM (approx 2.3ml) and then all peptides in one and stabbing that Sub Q as I couldn’t be bothered doing it individually
Tren does distribute more efficiently through fat than muscle though….

really? I’d always thought (I don’t know why) that tren shouldn’t go sub q. Just one of those things I’ve always had in my head. I only really put test sub q

As aromatase enzymes aren’t a factor with Tren, it’s just coming down to pharmacokinetics. If you want it to hit faster, IM. If you need to slow it a little, subq.

Like I would always use Tren base IM hypothetically, but something like Acetate if you want a slower release subq makes sense. If you are headed to the gym right after the shot though or want to ensure it’s bled down as low as possible before bed, take it IM.

Enanthate, it really could matter less - just let the fluid volume dictate where it goes.

Tren ace was the specific ester I was referencing. Left out the “ace” in my above post.

Just some wisdom passed to me from a friend who used to train heavily in powerlifting with a VERY world renowned strength athlete. Both of them are a bit of mad scientists. Quite literally.

Well it definitely makes sense if you want the Tren Ace to roll in a bit more progressively/less intensely and hang around longer to use it subq.

If you’ve never seen Duffin’s alleged stack from an old forum post when he was getting into his peak competitive powerlifting, it’s pretty insane. Over 5 grams per week total of test, mast, tren, & I believe deca as I recall. Some really intense stuff.
