so a squat done in a cage or squat rack would be called a Packenwood squat even though it's normally done that way?

And to do a regular 'squat' you need to load the weight and step outside the rack?

maybe. but then again they weren't packenwood raises since they werent in the cage. I did packenwood behind the neck standing presses though.

hey guys have you caught this thread? i managed to sit there the entire 40 min of video and am very impressed to do something so i followed the directions went to the site and signed the petition with all the names of my immediate family members... its that serious.

LMFAO good ones at labeling the exercises in the cage Packenwoods.

Today I did bent Packenwood rows, then some Packenwood shrugs. How ever, I did trap shrugs using dumbells later on.

On the intolerance, I think I might try some probiotics. In talking with my mother today, she said it might help. I mean, why wouldn't ingesting over two billion live cultures not help?
 
So this morning I went to the gym and was all set to do packenwood flat bb bench presses, and some total bonehead was doing non-packenwood squats using the rack. He had the pegs on the front of the rack, and was doing front squats outside of the rack. I was ready to kill him. I don't think he had clips on either, I can't recall now. luckily he was done by the time I was done with flat bp presses, so I did get in some packenwood incline presses.

I got the LASIK done yesterday so I couldn't see anything to post. Today vision is 20/20....sweet. There I posted something.
