K, here's the deal maybe you guys can shed some insight for me.
I've taken the last 6 weeks off from the gym due to everything.
I worked out wednesday, last night and I'll work out tonight.
Now, I wanted to start my next cycle on monday, but do I need to maybe recondition my muscles and tendons before hitting it on a cycle, or will it help being I've taken some time off and my muscles are more willing to accept the beating?
Basically its like this...work out for a month no cycle, then cycle, or start cycle now and just keep on keeping on.
