I think with certain areas of the gym, you should have to be voted in, or out by current members.

If you're not voted in to the free weights area, or you're voted out, you get to go work out in the womans section on the pink/purple Nautilus machines until you figure out how to work out in a gym.

The beef hunks who like to park 200 lbs dumbells everywhere would be voted off the island. Back to nautilus land with them.

You have no idea how many times I've stubbed my toe due to some jackass deciding he was big enough to de-rack a big ole' 100+ lbs dumbell but too pussy to rerack it.

hey guys with SDNG what do you think would be the most youd take across a day? obviously being very susceptable to stims i wont go too high but more so im talking bout how much DHEA can actually be converted before all the enzymes are used up???? i know everyone is diff but is there a generalized peak effective amount of DHEA used?
 
doesnt DHEA have the ability to convert into est as well?? is that a direct conversion or a secondary or tertiary.... and is that only if its in contact with aromatase... just wondering if that 7.5mg per cap of ATD is enough to prevent this???

I did experience some laziness when I got to my desk at noon, but that could just be a case of the Mondays.

I also had some caffeine this morning and ate slightly (30g) more carbs across my first two meals, which would have helped.
 
I still can't believe he had different amounts of weight on either side...and he knew it...it wasn't like it was an accident. I mean seriously, who does that?

1) people who think the 25s are made out of heavier material than the 45s

2) if a person has a muscle imbalance it might hel... no **** it, only an idiot does that
 
K, so I'm thinking of picking up some of the DHEA's later on when I run a little more harsh cycle. When I ran the Epol, I had some of the lethargies, but mostly when I was done with the cycle. So much so, that my girlfriend thought something was wrong with me.

When I get around to doing another cycle of something, is there a good rule to follow on DHEA, such as: on cycle amounts, off cycle amounts, stacks to run with DHEA such as AI's etc....

I always figured DHEA was my grandfathers PH, so I've never considered it for anything.

Help a brotha out.

I think you have to experiment. between 100-200mg of dhea, sometime with, or up to 1 hour prior to taking the "product". Depends on the compound
 
In addendum, does that chart mean to say that if I use an AI and an 5a-Reductase inhibiter, that I could use DHEA and get a boost of test, or is it not that simple and efficient.

why block the 5a reductase doesnt that make 5-AD wich is active as well? or is that a bad thing or just not as effective as plain old test?
 
the trick with dhea is that your body will only use it to convert to test if it feels it needs to. so maybe that would work in conjunction with tricky timing on a pulse with the AI, but normal day to day use unless you had low test caused by low dhea level (ie you were old) it wouldn't help that much
 
so I'm at 195 today, a new low (195.8 but ya know). Also got calipered today, and it only showed up as 1% lower (23%) even though when it was previously done I was at 209... and i've gone up in strength since then, significantly on some exercizes. So I think its calipering error, which pisses me off. mostly cause I don't know whether todays was high, or the prior was low.

my thigh was down quite a bit (like from 18 to 13) but my chest and belly were both up by 1mm. Impossible really, as my waist is 3 inches smaller than then, and I couldn't have lost 3 inches of waist muscle :)

Lot of possibility for caliper error - different evaluator, squeeze too hard, water retention. Don't sweat it too much E. You have turned your life around 360 degrees :D ...just kidding 180 degrees.

yeah, i'm not really bent about it, just wished it woulda been better. was a good workout today anyhow, did an extra 20 min of cardio after :)
