BTW, quick update...

1. went to Christmas party w/ the Dr. It was fun..I was boozin' and schmoozin'. Just like a trophy date should! LOL She looked good, kissed her, haven't kissed a girl w/ braces in 20+ years. Very cool woman.

2. Dolphins won...phew

3. Went to a dealer audition - dealers don't interview, like ballerinas, we audition. Passed w/ flying colors. The boss wants to bring me on. So my days of misery are near an end.

4. My FF leagues: in the SB in one and am winning; in the playoffs in my $ league and will be playing in the SB next week!

Good weekend so far! ;)

in addendum, I decided to take a totally off day today instead of either cardio or day 3 of my workout. I overdid it a little yesterday
 
Yeah, 2 mega trn preworkout leaves you feeling like you could go all day but doesn't necessarily help recovery

So how would I tell that the 1-t is working ? I guess skin is slightly oilier some light dermatitis too. Haven't noticed much else.

I had some oiliness and some pimples. I really noticed the size increase at 600mg the 3rd week on.
 
Think I should pop to 660? I can burn all 6 bottles i got in this one cycle :) each bottle good for 10 days at that, gives me a little over 8 weeks :D

Mine was little old. The 1st 2 weeks at 300 did not notice much. At 600 my strength went up and started "looking" bigger.

If you haven't really notice any strength gains, you may want to up the dosage. Very mild compound.

So...if a man is married and he is a Dr...it's Dr and Mrs Easy.

If the woman is the Dr...is it Mr and Dr Easy?

Up to 660 it is! this is also preban stuff, so also old. you are correct, it would be Mr and Dr.
 
I'm riding the 20mg mdrol pulse. I might regret not starting with 10 the first day, but it's too late now.

I feel slightly more alpha, I guess. More warm/sweaty/thirsty. Workout was better than normal, not like an immediate increase in strength, just every rep started "feeling" better.
 
Oh man, I just got back from the gym and let me tell you what...there was this dude. I've never seen him in the gym when I go. He is out of shape, wearing a beater, and has the most distended gut I've ever seen on someone that small (muscular-wise). :donut:

And this is what I saw him doing...

1) Walks over to the squat rack.
2) Pulls a flat bench over to the squat rack.
3) Lowers the bar to the supports on the side of the squat rack, so its at waist level now. (You know what I'm referring to)
4) He loads up the bar with 3 45's on the one side, 2 45's and a 25 on the other side. (No joke)
5) He then proceeds to lay down on said bench and grab the bar like he's going to bench it...buuuutttttt he can only raise and lower the bar a grand total of 3-4 inches from the supports before he's fully extended.
6) He huffs and puffs and pushes the bar up all 4 inches, then lets it drop back down on the supports.
7) I mutter "What a ****ing moron" louder than I thought.
8) Guy next to me laughs and goes back to his workout, weirdo at squat rack doesn't hear me.

At this point I stop paying attention because he's obviously an idiot, maybe even mentally handicapped I say to myself. Go back to pushing through my workout. I get to the end of my workout with time to spare. I know what would be a good idea, lets do some Hyper extensions....but surprise the retard wasn't alone...he brought a woman with him! And was showing her how to "use" the hyper-extension while he was doing the same thing he was before, but in the cage now instead of the squat rack. At this point red misted over my eyes and I thought of various ways I could bludgeon either or even both to death with weights. Realized there were too many witnesses to get rid of and just left. But it put a complete damper on my workout...I had finished early, hit the higher weights I targeted, and was going to add some hypers because I feel my lower back could use some work and BAM! retards to the rescue. They hogged the piece of equipment for like 5 minutes solid, before I just up and left.

Take it easy N...the world is full of morons! That is pretty funny though. That guy will end up hurting himself one day and blame it on the "gym" or the equipment. ***********************!!! :rant:
 
I think with certain areas of the gym, you should have to be voted in, or out by current members.

If you're not voted in to the free weights area, or you're voted out, you get to go work out in the womans section on the pink/purple Nautilus machines until you figure out how to work out in a gym.

LOL this was y fav line from that whole quote.... when i read it it came across in my head as Jonny Depp in Fear and Loathing when hes thinking to himself and unoticably muttering outloud too.... frickin great.

ya i think in a gym in order to get a member ship you must first go through with an instructor who

1 demonstrates the correct usage of the machine

and

2 makes the person then demonstrate correct usage and range of the machine for themselves...

then if someone is caught being a retart by another member of staff their membership is on hold until they can schedule another evaluation and demonstrate correct usage.... but NOOOOOOOOO we dont want to hurt anyones feelings

Whenever I see a buddy in the machine area, I always let him know that there is also a MENS section! :squat:
 
I still can't believe he had different amounts of weight on either side...and he knew it...it wasn't like it was an accident. I mean seriously, who does that?

Easy, how's the strength coming with this cycle of yours?
 
not too noticeable yet. its moving along tho, i'm regularly seeing PRs in one exercize or another every workout honestly. But thats been my history in general. Nothing exiting in terms of jumps yet.
 
What about size increase or better recovery? I've read your log, I just thought I'd try to get your opinion so far since it hasn't been that long since you started.
 
maybe a little better recovery, both intraset and day to day. seeing some increase in vascularity too. I just bumped to 660mg a day today, so we'll see in a couple days. I think this should make some noticeable changes.scale weight is down around 3lbs from start, but i'm still in that wavy area that i got stuck at before (196-199). But even if I stay there, and just recomp by 1-2 lbs of fat to muscle a week, at 8 weeks i'll be significantly leaner. I get calipered again tomorrow, and will schedule another for end of cycle

Well....if you must know...I was using the smith for calf raises. I had 3 - 45's and 1 - 35 on one side and ...uh...2 - 45's and 1 - 35 on the other side! :toofunny:

I kept wondering why I was favoring one side! LOL Only did 1 set like that!
 
i think everyones done that... i have picked up a set of DB's before that were marked on the rack as both 65 but the numb on the DB's ere faced away and i really had a 65 and a 55.... thats always an awkward feeling.... almost like drinking one thing then accidentally pickin up my wifes drink and its something else for a second my brain is just confused cuase its trying to make me think its what i expect but my tounge is saying UHUHUHUH!

same thing, at first im sitting there trying to figure the balance out with my arms until it hits me that its just not equal.....
