I don't miss him (I kid, I kid), but I do miss his half naked women...:whiner:

Alright, I have to take my girl out to a movie tonight. Its what she wants to do, and I'm a big fan of movies. Now the question is what movie to take her too. I'm a fan of fantasy related movies, so The Golden Compass seems intriguing. I can't take her to see I am Legend, because I promised my brother I'd wait til Christmas vaca to see it with him. So the only other choice is the new Alvin and the Chipmunks movie, which seems like it'll either be REAL funny or a wash. Any suggestions gents?
 
And I do kinda like the having the 2 days "off" (no strength training) in a row since each of the 3 on days do include upper body work of one sort or another. I feel like i'll be going back into chest/bis day completely rested on the upper body

In addendum, I took 2 weeks off from the gym to help my girl get moved into an apartment after she sold her house.

I go to the gym on monday, have a kick ass leg day, wake up tuesday sick.

I'm still sick, but on the mend.

If I take next week off to heal, that will be 4 ****ing weeks I've missed out on the gym, which really pisses me off.

BUT, That will put me on track to get back into the groove for the first of the year when I will be attacking the gym with great fury.

I'll be running Epi+Pherabol if my damn SERM gets here in time, and I was thinking of stocking up on BCAA's again, but I'm not 100% certain how essential they are when I'll be eating like a damn horse.

Any input? or Imput as Smeton might say?

If you got banned there, what for?

look in the members tab on the upper right corner of the main page then click on Z and look for all members with names starting with Z and im not there anymore. and if you look at my posts i used to be yellow and have the BDS banner under my name and its gone and im red. and the fact that it says that iw as banned and that the ban is going to get lifted Never. And as far as reason it says no reason expesified or something like that

what do y'all think about antagonistic training? No, thats not having J train you, but purposefully using opposing muscle groups worked together on the same day or supersetted. For instance chest + back, or bis + tris. The interesting thing is that from a CNS + recovery perspective, it should be less strain, and faster recovery.

I've tried it and it was tough for me to really push through the whole w/o. Chest and back was a b1tch for me. Maybe if it's not supersetted. But, many trainers swear by antagonist training.

in my book, it's better than spreading everything out into a five day split

I LOVE training back & chest together. Since they are both being working throughout the entire workout, you don't have to do as high of a volume for each muscle group. The upper body pump is pretty sick as well.

Also...you likely won't need a specific delt workout either. They get nailed during Back/Chest.

I do that for all muscle groups except chest and back.

The elliptical combined with lots of sprints is your buddy. Just think really nasty thoughts and bust tail for 2-4 minute sprints with 2-3 minute cooldowns. It'll be over in no time.

<--- loves the elliptical, so Satire is now learning to love bursting on the stair climber... Half-jog-stepping on the stair climber is some tough ****.
 
i love working bis and tris together..... always bis first cause although my bis look better my tris are able to lift half again as much easily and thats even after working bis.

i used to work chest and back together and i made some good progress but when i switched to designated back day and designated chest day the progress was considerably quicker and i have yet to work out long enough to plateau on it.....

although i am a big fan of back/bi chest/tri
 
I've seen that before, but makes it no less hilarious.

What about cauliflower? and have you ever tried the orange cauliflower?
 
I had some mixed broccoli and cauliflower and that was all great. It came in too small bags, though. And at sam's club, cauliflower always came with broccoli and carrots. I can't really stand the carrots.

Well strength isnt up significantly, but i'm definitely firming up and leaning up. I don't need the dhea on the preworkout dose, just the other one. I dont feel any lethargy during workout

I know there were a bunch of ideas being thrown around, so what did you decide to go with on your stack Easy?
 
1-t THP ether, 440mg a day right now, almost at the end of week 1. next week i either start Dermacrine or if i'm still scared of the transdermal with my wife being pregnant, i'll go to pulsing mega-trn on workout days only. i'm still tossing a little on it, but the dermacrine should feel good. the mega-trn would add more strength
 
I'm going to pulse mdrol next week MWF to see how it is. Then I have a week break to plan my new year's revolution.

I really want to try it again, with toying with how far before the superdrol and how much DHEA it takes to lick the lethargy. I have some loose SNS, AX, and DS superdrols :) not a full bottle of any, but 20-30 caps of each. plus some mdrol. At 30 taken as 20 pre 10 post, the lethargy is bad for a couple hrs after. at 20/20 its miserable.
 
I'll probably only go for 10 pre 10 post.

But yeah, the pulse of superdrol does sound appealing because it should be strong enough to get maintainable results from a pulse, but at the same time cut back on the intimidating side effects
 
I did it 3 separate weeks, and it seemed that even at 10/10 in 3x a week I got a good pound out of it, maybe more. scary really, that averages out to less than 10/day, I can imagine a 30mg a day regular cycle would do what people say it does.. no noticeable sides, of course no liver value testing. blood pressure stayed normal, I watched it.
 
I got 4 bottles of mdrol plus other cute stuff during that sale a couple months back.

So I'm considering just pulsing according to the 2 week pulsed, 2 weeks off approach for long stretches. I'd just like to make steady, healthy progress and I'm not content with the whole bulking/cutting phases or the month of anabolics followed by 3 months of trying to recover. This way would also reduce the desire to keep acquiring SERMs illegally. And I think a lot of people are still interested in the real long term results of pulsing.

also the TRN aint a bad idea for a pulser its hella strong works quick and if you only lookin to get a lil more strength with less sides... that may be the way to go.... BUT the SD will bring alot more then just strength, options, options, options

I think the mdrol is definite, but there's also hdrol and pplex I could do something with.

10pplex pre and 10 mdrol post sounds appealing
