I am doing my job and the job of at LEAST one rep. My company has ZERO leadership and communication, no planning, no QC. I am answering 150 to 200 emails a day, 30-40 phone ,messages, and the phone ringing the whole time. So as soon as I start doing something, I have to stop an answer the phone. I haven't gotten a raise in 2 years. I on a salary so my extra 5 or 6 hours a week are unpaid.

I was hired to run the department...now I AM the department. And, on top of everything, the owner told his assistant/girlfriend and I quote, "**** him, fire him" over her thinking I was giving her attitude, which I wasn't. It's a train wreck. We are still in business in spite of ourselves.

But, other than that, it's great :D.

Demand more money or you'll start replying to those emails with racial slurs.
 
yeah, so it sounds like they can't exactly afford to get rid of you right now

what's the deal with having to do the work that at least one rep should be doing? someone slacking or just short on people?

More money is not an option. They have had to let go of half the company this year due to cash flow issues. Plus, I would rather they hire somebdy else, but that is also not an option.

I am just biding my time...I just hope I don't go postal first...

When I started here, I had 2 emp: 1 CS rep and 1 Order Processor. Then we added 2 CS Reps with plans of expanding to 5 or 6. Then they fired the 2...then the original 1. So, it's just me. They have literally gone from 120 employees to about <40 in the last 12 months.

No cash flow due to poor planning.

I did add the leviathan reloaded today. no more tho, other than the PLANNED addition of dermacrine.

I'm not using any creatines, preworkout drinks, anything like that. I'm partially using the leviathan for a pre workout stim.
 
I was thinking maybe that new hemodraulix from axis, basically pump/no2 agents with the arachidonic acid from xfactor, plus drive. Wasn't going to use an anti cort, but I guess its not a bad idea. I think I have a bottle and a half of retain 2.

I had originally been going to say "cardio sucks worse than wil's job" but felt it was cruel to cardio.

Wilman, dude start looking elsewhere! I'm sure you could get an equivalent job with more money and less work out there. Trust me I sure as hell did. I do a tenth the work (which actually is a downside to me bc Im always bored) and I get paid 15% more than I was. I still hate my new job, but its easier? :run:

I just got back from the gym. And due to time constraints I decided to superset my chest and bicep day. All I can say is wow...that was the best workout I've had all year. In the locker room afterwards, I pulled my shirt off and looked down and BAM my pecs were HYUUUGGEEEE. My biceps are so torn up that my arms shake if I try to hold them straight out. And my calves are still sore from tuesday's volume workout. I mean they still HURT. This split is doing nicely for me, I'm on NO supplements and I'm gaining strength back like WOH. :bb3:

And its all because of :food: and :hot:

I almost cried yesterday when I missed out on USPs new BOLIC.
 
actually the 20% in those caps is forslean as well. its a patented product. Some manufacturers try and ignore the patent, but the one in particular i'm thinking of is licensed forslean. The difference is do you think that while getting the same active mg of forslean there is some other difference due to % of extract. Actually heres a question, in those studies what % extract was used? maybe some of the other stuff in the 20% contributes to the gains/losses
 
I'll have to go back and take a look at the studies provided. I was pretty sure that they used the same purity that USP Labs is using, but I may be wrong. I'll get back to you Easy.

What do you guys think of bulk Forslean and bulk Beta-Alanine stacked for the next 3 months in my clean bulk?

With the addition of bulk Cissus after the first month?

depends on your daily dose. if you are going with 6g, you want to split it into 3-4 doses, cause 3g at once is kinda icky
 
I'm not sure that I'll go heavy on dosing either Forslean or BA. If I stick to 50-75mg of Forslean a day split into 2/3 times daily and BA dosed at 1.5g pre and 1.5 grams post workout. Then the bulk Cissus on hand just in case my joints start to wear out.

BTW I'm getting 30grams of 20% Forslean, 100 grams of BA, 100 grams of Cissus, and 100 Multi's for $50 bucks, which I might add is sweet :study:

(The 50-75mg Forslean is actually 250-375mg of 20% Forslean powder.)
