I didn't take any support supps other that fish oil and multi.

thats what I was ***** thinikin too, but ****** megadosing the **** out of the fish oil. I'm psyched for this!

I think i'm going to go with

wk 1 - 220 for 3 days, 440
wk 2 440
wk 3-4 440 + dermacrine
wk 5-7 660 + dermacrine

basically start PCT whenever the dermacrine runs out :)

I like it...maybe run it at 330 the whole 1st week. It takes about 1 week or 2 to really kick in.

yeah, if I start with 330, then I can dose 1 every 8 hrs and keep constant levels. i'm going to have to be careful to when I take it, as with the thp ether its important to ahve a bunch of fat with it (10g)

Well ****ers, I'm off to the gym. Because work sucks and no one notices that I leave for 1.5-2 hours every day to work out. Ain't life grand?:woohoo:

On a side note, I just realized that its like getting paid to workout...niiiiiccceeeeeee
 
ok cats, I'll be off the ******** air for the next 24-48 hrs as i'll be at client facilities, and then spending the nite at a clients house. Hes a cool dude, lived in hawaii a while, brews his own beer from real scratch - not the powders but actual raw barley. He's got a cool setup :D Carry on without me! in HD

I just got done viewing LB and it is so pitiful how happy Gixxer and RisingAgainst think they are now that they have 'admin' abilities. Whoop-de-doo, I'll go purchase a cake.

This message board (and message boards) are supposed to be fun/entertaining/informative (this is subjective).

To actually go out of your way to start your own 'e-group' is pathetic, plain and simple.

I go to am.com to fill in down time in my job and to exchange information from time to time. I don't actually go out of my way to 'be a part of something'. This is like Message Board High School all over again.

At any rate, I like am.com and I like posting. I don't have any problem with the rules or the mods.

If Gixxer were as cool as he 'alleges' to be, he'd go out of the house more and meet real friends instead of starting a group on another forum......lol.
