A2) Romanian Deadlift

B1)Incline BB bench
B2) Lat Pulldown/Pull/chin ups

C1)Behind head shoulder press
C2)External DB Rotation

D1)Incline DB Curls
D2)Pushdowns

E1)Calf raises
E2)Crunches

And Thursday

A1) Hack Squats
A2) Leg Curl

B1)Flat DB bench
B2)Seated Row

C1)DB shoulder press
C2)Prone DB Fly

D1)Reverse Curls
D2)Skull Crushers

E1)Seated Calf raises
E2)Leg Raises
 
so I had not used windows vista on my laptop for a couple months and it probably took more than 15 minutes to boot up after downloading all the updates

Speaking of WTF Pumped, I've used it for 4 days in a row now, and its more like Where's My Pump.

Am I using it right?

I've also been using P-Slin and consuming ~70g complex carbs to realize maximum benegits, but I had more of a pump going on with just Epistane.

Well, that still is better than taking gaspari's superpump250 and just getting super dumps 24-7
 
in addendum, I had some liquid rice again with dinner, and I can't wait to go to be since my MST Somnidren-GH arrived today :D
