I eat yogurt 2x a day ;)

I have noticed being a little bloated with the DHEA, presumably the estrogen. I may take 100mg with my 2 early doses and eliminate the night dose since lethargy won't be an issue going to sleep.

But strength has been up and 2 guys at the gym told me I look bigger...so I gotta make some more measurements tomorrow. :head:
 
The workout is 60 days (8 weeks), might be too long for a pulse???
One option is to start the workout and start the cycle 2 weeks into the workout, which means the cycle will be 6 weeks pulsed.

I would like to do an 8 week pulse if possible, maybe start at a low dose????

Or start Epi + SDNG then add superdrol after 2 weeks????

I think you could do an 8 week pulse fine, with the possible lower pulse dose for a few weeks. 4x a week might be a bit much, though. What exercises would the 5 training days consist of? You might be able to do 3x a week going on the most difficult training days if you order them like that.

And yeah, I think the epi pre-workout and superdrol post would be the way to go. The way I remember Dr D's advice was to do the most anabolic one post workout and most androgenic pre, but you could probably just split them both between pre and post since they're both pretty anabolic

I can get back to you tonight with more ideas.

What were you thinking for the 4x pulse? something like 2on 1off 2on 2off seems like a good choice.
 
If I remember the thread, I don't think 8 weeks was unheard of. But 40 or 50mg of methyls 4x a week? I guess with the cycle support and -UNLIKE SOME PEOPLE- you aren't boozing it up :drunk: or running one cycle after the other, you should be OK.

After laying it out. 2 weeks would have 5x (Week 1 & 6), 6 weeks with 4x, and 1 week with 2x

I am far from an expert, but at 5x a week maybe even 4x a week, the whole pulse idea seems moot and you may as weel run a regular cycle since you will probably need a full PCT anyway.

I think 4 or 5x a week maybe too much for 8 weeks with 2 methyls.

I plan on a full PCT. Just pulsing to avoid the sides.

But I know 5 is too much. 4 was OK'ed by The DR. but need to run it by him again.
 
remember that the use of the anabolics doesn't have to coincide with workout days, thats just handy for more androgenic compounds to give you a "stim in the gym". You could still dose the epi/superdrol MWF regardless...

BTW as of today I give up on lateral raises with dumbbells

If you are going to do a serm anyhow, may as well just pulse the superdrol post workout, and do epi as regular cycle.
 
The bottom line, I have 60 days total with 36 days of workouts.

I need to maximize the 60 days, even if it is starting the cycle 2-3 weeks in, that way I am peaking at the end of my training cycle.

4 weeks pulsed is short-term. Straight cycles are ran for that long.

right, I meant first 4 weeks only superdrol pulsing, last 4 weeks superdrol pulsing + epi straight cycle. not sure if it sounded that way...

ok, given the chart, i'd go like this.

week 1 skip dosing sunday
week 2 dose all workouts
week 3 dose all workouts
week 4 skip saturday
week 5 all workouts
week 6 skip sunday
week 7 all workouts
week 8 all workouts

that way on each of the skips you are going 2-3 days without to get a little bit of bounce if that really works :)
