You can play with it all you want AS LOGN AS YOU DOTN EAT IT. ONLY ON HOWEVER MANY EAT WHATEVER MEALS YOU ALLOW YOURSELF PER WEEK. I OnLY ALLOW MYSELF ONE PER WEEK. tHATS WHY Ive got it going on.

I dotn mean to be strict cause I love having fun. I just know how certain things works

Save it for breakfast. Fast releasing carbs have more benegits post-wo....

hmm yeah, I guess. I suppose I can do 25g or so worth of carbs of it pre-workout (breakfast). I'm going to try the sugar during workout, what do you think for post? more sugar? marshmellow fluff on whole grain bread?

If you are trying to lose weight, do not do carbs during workout, and I never condone plain old sugar.

If you are going to design your own Post-Workout shake, I would say: AST's DGC (Dextrorotatory Glucose Crystal) for your source of carbs (50g) + AST's VP2 Protein (24g);

Or substitute VP2 for Ergo's GF PRO.

For post Workout I take Biotest's Surge. Best PWO shake out there IMHO.

P.S.
Post-Workouts is one of the only times I will recommend Whey. Other times First thing in the morning, and pre-wo.
