While the Boss is Away.....Part Deux!

I kid you not, some lady who if she wasn't walking I would have pronounced dead RAMMED me with her oxygen cart AFTER I moved out of her way. I moved, she followed me and purposely RAMMED me with her tank of oxygen, which was hooked to her decomposing face. She then made a scene, telling store employees that I "kicked" her oxygen tank. Mind you this was at a Best Buy...where they have wide aisles...and I was standing as close to the rack as possible to give her room. That pissed me off...I bet she does that on a regular basis as her afternoon fun.

I would have cut her line!

Meromero, quick kineseology question. When doing stiff legged deads to hit the hams and ass muscles, I've been placing my feet about shoulder width, or just a bit wider and pointing my toes out, much like the same stance I use for machine hack squats. It seems to hit my hams better than a more narrow, toes pointed straight stance.

Am I doing anything right here?

Also in addendum I have a wide stance when going to the bathroom, so never mind any shoe grabbing from under the stalls.

I would rock a waist width, and when you say stiff, is it stiff or semi-stiff (knees slightly bent)? If they are straight this hit the lower back more. Slight bend the knees.

I also prefer Romanian Deadlifts over semi-stiff. Same concept, but as you lower, you will bend you knees about 15%, and push your hips backwards like you are stick your a55 out.
 
Actually, I utilized my chemical engineering degree and showed here what happens when a flame is exposed to highly concentrated oxygen in the parking lot. Wow that would have been awesome if I really did that. I bet you would have seen her saggy old woman pants drop 6 inches when she **** herself.

I missed that, but the lil lady worked at nursing home and told me what could happen...

I have a slight bend in my knee bones as I lower. If I go stiff STIFF legged deads it kinda hurts, and I have to stick my ass way too far out there and I don't like the added attention I get when teh ladies see my bulges from the back side. They're more flattering from the side.

Anyone here ever train with chains instead of plates? I have and its wicked cool or what ever those New Englander kids say these days.

I have a squat bar that I plan on supplementing with at home, and I'm hoping to score some chain so I can add an extra day working out without ever leaving my garage.

I use chains, soda cans, buckets, buckets with water. If you can lift it, I move it. Nothing like doing some tractor pulls.

And what I hate about benching is, when I lay down, people walk by and set stuff on my bulge, like it some kind of nightstand!
