While the Boss is Away.....Part Deux!

I used prostan along side phera plex and there was extreme synergy with these two, do it Dr, you wont be displeased.... BUT get yourself some stims, I was extremely ripped and pumped all the time with these twon but EXTREMELY lethargic as well... luckily I had no work at the time just morning classes so naps were always taken. this stack brought me 17lbs in 3 weeks and some sickly stregth as well.

I've been dosing DHEA at about 50mg right now, but I'll up that as time marches on. I plan on eating like a rabid horse up until this cycle is done, then taper the carbs during PCT. I hope to be nearly carb free at the end, with my protein intake through the roof for a while. Its time to start shedding some fat, but I want one last bulk.:squat:
 
well if you eat it will go on with phera.... maybe in more way then one, but I ate ALOT of carbs with my cycle and still had very lean gains, Literally a couple double servings of malto meal with every dose and a ton of pb in my shakes and then lots of tuna and grapefruit and chili.... basically my entire diet ED and just put it on.

I like the idea of tapering carbs but you are gonna have to realize thats gonna kill your strength, especially during PCT.
 
Don't listen to him dr p! you can do fine on low carb :D

either way, buy some p-5-p and start taking it. will help with protein synthesis even at just 50mg/day. and stops prolactin dead at higher doses.

LOL I've done carb depletion before and it sucks. I absolutely hate it! After reading PP's advice, I might take it a week at a time. If the strength goes down too much I might eat the carbs P/W, and eat 1/2 the carbs at breakfast.

Whats is p-5-p? You're the supplement guru around these parts....

Anyone familiar with gmail search/filter syntax? Boolean expressions work, but I haven't had luck filtering regular expressions with wildcard characters.

Like let's say I ordered some body armor, and I'm expecting an email from the seller, but I want to filter it to a special label. However, I'm not sure if the seller will spell it 'armor' or 'armour'.

Armo?r should catch both spellings, and Armo*r would be extra safe in case the 'u' was typoed as any combination of zero or more letters.

I can't get this to work, though.

Also going to try out Gut Health and Relora for the first time. Anyone have experience with those?

I'm going to have a month here of what is "heavy" supplementation for me.

BCAA/BA/ALC/taurine
relora/creatine in opposition to pulsing mdrol/dhea
ZMK
and a multivitamin in a pear tree

I think that seems modest, but can I get a sanity check here?

MMmmm thats whats missing from my diet of supplements right now...some good ol taurine and BCAA's.

Is muscle soreness and extreme fatigue just a placebo effect?

Right now my legs feel like pasketti. My calves are killing me, my quads are so weak I can barely stand up, and my hams and ass are starting to get the DOMS.

Also, for some reason I've had more gas than usual today. It could be from what I ate last night, but irregaurdless I had a fart on deck while I was doing my last set of the night with the hamstring curls when all of a sudden it went from a 'man I have to fart...' to a ' oh god...stop the leg curls I think I'm gonna ****' feeling.

I had to sit there and collect myself. I've never felt that way before ever in the gym. Later on I busted some insane ass that was dry as a bone. No sharting whatsoever.

looks good, just make sure to take the zmk at least a couple hours away from any calcium

Just be certain you have an enzyme with Betaine HCI, because most people have issues with their stomach acid.

In addition, get a solid Greens for your alkaline levels.

Are you ever thoroughly impressed with the size of your dooky?

Like you get those ones that clog the toilet without any TP in there to help. And you have to flush 4 times after plunging because they won't go without a fight?

They're also speckled with little bits of undigested food as if to ward off potential predators, much like the colors of a poisonous amphibian or the quills of a porcupine.

Fortunately for me I've only ever clogged a toilet once. I'm not one for taking insane dumps. I prefer my 2-3x a day schedule over taking one Herculean dump every couple of days.
 
I hate the fact that sony outbribed toshiba. hd-dvd was the better choice for consumers. if you read the press releases, the industry made the pick, not the people, sadly

Let me guess. You bought a HD DVD player 'Laughing Mai A55 Off'!

As a consumer, I prefer the greater capacity of Blu-Ray.

funny, there is no visual difference to a more expensive bunch of empty space on a disc :) so i'm not sure why you would prefer it.
 
but vhs was wrong. it was a lower resolution format compared to dvd. but 1080p is 1080p

VHS is not a lower resolution, but an analog signal compared to the digital signal to DVD; however, the size comparison is very relevant.

And once again, we are talking about storage, and not resolution. I am not sure about you, but I use DVD's over CD's to make back ups, and when made affordable I will use the greater capacity Blu-ray too.

And how about the idea of Trilogies all on one disc? That would be pretty cool in my book.

VHS tapes have approximately 3 MHz of video bandwidth, which is achieved at a relatively low tape speed by the use of helical scan recording of a frequency modulated luminance (black and white) signal, to which a frequency-reduced "color under" chroma (hue and saturation) signal is added. Because VHS is an analog system, VHS tapes represent video as a continuous stream of waves, in a manner similar to analog TV broadcasts. The waveform per scanline can reach about 160 waves at max, and contains 525 scanlines in NTSC (486 visible), or 625 lines in PAL (576 visible). In modern-day digital terminology, VHS is roughly equivalent to 320 pixels of horizontal resolution with a signal-to-noise ratio of the image at 43 dB.

The problem with bluray's greater capacity is that it is still priced both for players as well as for media at above the comfort level of mass market - $200 or less for a player, $19.95 or less for a movie. Sony is selling players at cost for over $400, and is subsidising the production of discs to the tune of $5-7 to keep the cost at $29.95 (since thats where HD-DVD was). In the end it means that no disc format for HD will become adopted at all I believe, and more people will move to an on demand/download type system instead.
 
listing of bandwidths, this shows vhs at 4.2 which is optimistic at best. I liked laser discs too, still have my player :)

System Bandwidth Requirements for Video:

NTSC Broadcast and VHS: 4.2 MHz
Laser Disk: 5.3 MHz

Regular NTSC DVD: 7 (6.8) MHz

Progressive Scan NTSC DVD and 480p DTV: 13.5 MHz

1080i HDTV: 37 MHz; in practice with 22 MHz the picture is still very superb.

720p HDTV; 37 MHz.

1080p would be shown as 75MHz.

You can argue all you want, HD DVD is dead, along with eight tracks, Betamax, and Laser Discs.
