While the Boss is Away.....Part Deux!

Excellent post.

And granted I don't know the situation first hand. All I know is what I went through, and I swore I'd never go through that again.

2 years after I got kicked out, I've put on 40 lbs. Looking back on it, she was making sure I was malnourished and broke. We never had money for food, but she always had 'her' money for supplements. I was 6'2" (as I am still) and 180lbs. No gains in the gym, no gains in life it was like I was in prison. My weight jumped 15 lbs, and I actually got leaner. It was so quick that people were asking me what I did. I would tell them I lost 135 lbs.

Now here I am with one income, I'm able to have a new truck, look for a new house, I'll be supporting my girlfriend and a new baby, along with a hungry chocolate lab and a cat.

Pretty obvious I was in the dark where my money was going.

I guess in the end what matters most is that everyone is happy-ish. Compromise is difficult but necessary.

I wouldn't say its like that for me. She is concerned with my health, as apparently she wants me to stick around long-term. And it would probably be better for me to achieve 185-190 without aid this time, as I'll most likely keep it that way. I'm just impatient, which is never a good reason to result to anabolic compounds. So for now, I'll continue as I have and see where I'm at in six months.

so have you ever taken 10mg superdrol preworkout, then about 3.5 hours later gotten to taking a second 10mg postworkout only to accidentally take 2 and realize it oh say 20-30 seconds after you swallow? and then have to live with the "i'm ready for a nap" lethargy the next 5 hours?

Easy, this can very well be a placebo effect. My previous SuperDrol cycles, I was taking 40mgs and did not experience said lethargy you are claiming.

How did you dose yours? for me 12.5 mg in a 5 hour span doesn't give me noticeable lethargy, but getting over that does. of course, empty stomach or only shakes vs solid foods makes a difference too

Oreo, I 100% agree with your comment about achieving goals without aid; however, any supplement of any kind constitutes aid.

In addition, I agree with what the Doctor is saying. All people try to control others, not just women.

In your instance, because your significant other is a nurse, she feels she knows more then you do, and does not trust your own judgment, and she says she wants you to stay healthy is just her own justification, and you let her control you.

After saying all this, and hearing what you are saying. Why are you a representative for a supplement company? Shouldn't you help others reach their objectives without aid?

Easy,

smeton's and my dosing protocols as following:
Training Days - Split doses around workouts (pre and post)
Non-Training Days - spread out 2-3 hours (8 hour day)

Cheers

I'm working skankages! No time for this stuff...OK, maybe a little time. Ahh, I miss the old days.

For the record, TF, you may not be a jerk but you seem to play one on the internets! Maybe you just have an odd sense of humor...is that YOU XJ incognito?

:afro:

thewoman,

am I jerk because I do not fall in line and do not tell people what I think they want to hear? How does this help anyone?

I may speak brusquely; however, my intentions are to light the spark that turns on the proverbial light bulb, so that the person in subject may have a paradigm shift.

Cheers

P.S.

Aren't all our user names incognito of who we really are? (Turns on light bulb regarding my cantankerous online persona)

P.S.S.

For the slower members of this thread: Zombie, Nabisco, PuffyNips, etc... No, I am not this XJ you speak of, and rather insulted you compare me to a poser.

ah so smeton stays all natural about 20 hours workout days, and 16 non workout. Pretty good ratios.

just take your "creatine" and youll be fine. That magic word has saved me from multiple possibly complicated or annoying situations with people asking what Im taking either from close persons or schmucks in the gym that are way to far from ever needing something like what I actually take.

glad you quoted that one woulda been sad if i missed that... its the only way I see his posts now, ahhhh the luxury of the block feature.
:gore::shoot::saw:

umm I don't put on a lifting belt for any calf raises, even at 380lbs. maybe i should. BP, check out today's leg day in my log :)

nice work, how did that feel compared to your previous "leg" day?

I don't think you need to go real heavy on the DB deadlift.
It's not as much a power move as the BB version.

After my squatting today, I was just doing 52.5lb DBs at a slow, rhythmic pace for 20 reps and then a 20 reps dropset to 30lbers.

Running E-Pol (which is phera, superdrol and something else...not the healthiest of stacks) I had some swelling going on, at about the 3 day mark actually...when a few people asked "What are you doing?" I said "Oh I changed my diet." Then I get asked "What kind of supplements you using now?" I'd say "Creatine and No2."

I didn't want to get into a discussion about anything hormonal.

Lately someone at my gym came up to me and we're just bs'ing about progress, diet etc for a while in between sets and he says "I think I've put on 10 lbs in the last few weeks." And I smile and ask him..."What you taking?" and he laughs and says "Oh a little of this and some of that." Finally....someone on this side of the pharmaceutical fence. I told him I don't do needles and he said he's taking 500mg of cypionate/week to start.

After watching him for 4 weeks, I'm aching to go further but with the current state of things I don't dare. Even with a good source or 2.....

I should clarify that smeton cycled pre-PH ban, but I find it preposterous that he claims he is all natural. We have had very heated debates over the subject, but ends well with some corpora cavernosa tensile force exercises.

Cheers

Correct my alluring friend.

Dumbbell deadlifts are more about metabolic cost.

I feel like i've wasted all my leg days to date. Well, I started to feel that last leg day, when I maxed out the v-squat machine. The highest i've gone on leg presses previous I believe was 250? maybe 280? for 2 sets of 10. I think I could probably get a 1RM over 600.

I need to read up on PRRS style training.

Yeah, the 60s felt decent at low rep range, I could easily do the 50s for 12-15 I think.

I completely understand where you are coming from, and feel like I do not eat enough raw tuna.

TF,

Your communication style or lack thereof is rude and abrasive. I assume that you use a bit more tact in the "real world".

And XJ is no "poser" or are you mero mero??? I know that's you!!!

And, btw, it's P.P.S :D

speaking of that this guy was doing packenwood curls the other night with the Oly... BUT this dude had a 45 and 25 on each side and decresed each set by 10lbs(5 each side), I was counting out the corner of my eye and he was getting 6-8 reps with each weight till he got to the 45's only then was just going to failure each set.... this guy didnt look all that ripped hoestly just BIG ddef a powerlifter man!

made me feel like my lil 40lb DB's were nothing :(

I'm really hoping the head cold subsides here soon. Last 400 times I've been sick I get better....and WHAM in settles into my lungs and I verge on the edge of pneumonia and I'm out of the gym for a month.

Not this time......
not this time.

Given that in common use "we" spoken frequently applies to all who are in earshot, I suppose that on the internet it could mean anyone with a connection to the internet.

theweeman, Is it that I am abrasive or people are just abradable? For, I do not receive revulsion from intellectual aristocracy.

And thank you for enlightening me on the Post-postscripting; however, my formulation technique demonstrates my out of the box mentality. Once, append/post-script, I find it bad writing style to P.P.S., but on occasion break the rule and justify the use of Post-Script-Script.

Au revoir,

LOL that was fairly entertaining... im mormon though so Im glad they didnt rip on him bout it instead made a fairly funny joke.... does this mean im MORE-MAN too??? Id like to think so:D

Hey I didn't know you were Mormon!

I'm from the Land of the Mormons. I'm not Mormon myself.....:bb2:

I'm kinda sad Mitt dropped out of the race.:bb3:

I'm glad. It saves all the attacks for the dems :)

Also it means that he suddenly is viable as a VP candidate for having done the right thing. had he fought till the end "We're gonna count and count and recount till we win!" then there is no chance he'd end up as VP. As it stands, it does seem pretty likely that McCain will go with Huckabee tho. Thats the "every republican and every independent" votes for pairing, with all the evangelicals coming out of the woodworks to support huckabee

Yes. I also mock the ignorance I encounter often. Most people don't know where they came from here. You'd think the Earth was in the shape of the state of Utah, and everything else beyond the boarders was folklore.

In addendum, if Mitt Romney could have stuck in the race, and picked up Cunnilingus Rice as VP, and then swung past Idaho and got Senator Craig for Secretary, he'd get about 98% of the votes.

The 'right wing vote'
The 'black vote'
The 'woman vote'
The 'philandering homosexual vote'
The 'I'm not a homosexual, I've never been a homosexual vote'

I'm sure there's more, but it woulda been SWEEEEEET
