Been running it for 6days now , and all i can say is that these stuff REALLY work as long as you're hardcore and your diet is on
spot..
Anyway , when im done with my 4week bulk cycle(ends 21/11/14) , im thinking to to use the following supps for cutting :
-ABE V2 ( +4weeks cycle ...not sure if its a good idea ? (Edit : I don't mind the increased apettite ,so far the effect is mild & i can control it , just don't want to waste the bottle for no reason ) )
-PES Erase pro(4 weeks only - Hope it wont cause shutdown ? Since i have zero experience with such cases...)
-PES Alphamine(4 weeks only / Combined with IF 20h fast / 4h feeding window)
And my essential supps are :
-Orange triad (split 3x caps with biggest 2 meals)
-Fish oil (just 2g/day)
-Vit d3 2500IU
-Creatine mono(dymatize)
-EAAS Amino(dymatize amino 6000) (help with fasting

In regards to the diet , im usually hitting for about 3.8kcal while maintaining , 4.3-4.5kcal while bulking and 2.5-3kcal while cutting

Full schedule :
21/10/14 - 21/11/14 : Bulk bulk bulk (Work out 6 days/ week)
22/11/14 - 22/12/14 : cut (Work out 5 days/ week , 45-60min Cardio every day)
23/12/14 until first few days of 2k15 : Pig around
Any thoughts?
