How was your diet and training?
Well I just figured I’d ask and stuff
. I figured maybe someone else had some good suggestions.
Diet was good, lost about 12 pounds of fat and gained substantial muscles.
Training could have been a bit better, I got really sick two of the six weeks I was on cycle. I work in a customer service job so I have little kids give me colds more often than I’d like to admit
