Which PH has the least affect on skin?

As in breaking out in acne, I am acne prone and I was wondering if any one else was and has used a ph and has had little or no acne break out. I am guessing mostly all PH will make me break out I was just wondering which would be the least.

Both mdrol and hdrol are low androgenic compounds, but carry other harsh side effects and health concerns.
 
I'm also acne prone and pheraflex seemed to not have an effect on it at all. Infact, since i was able to train harder and build my confidence it improved. It was actually worse with reversitol and my pct.

Phera is very androgenic compound, right up there with Epi.
 
I know a lot of people who are prone and dont have issues on cycle, but in PCT they break out due to the flux in hormones.
