tbol 40-60mg works wonders for body comp. i used hdrol at up to 100mg and found it mild at best. i use tbol frequently to jump cycles as opposed to dbol because i dont like putting on 15lbs and losing 10 of it, id rather put on 6-7 and keep it. ill dose it 40/50/50/50/60/60. dbol i cant use for 6 weeks because by week the mid of week 4 i get hit with no appetite and lethargy.
i know guys who dose tbol much higher but from my experience there is no need as no additional results will come with the higher dose, i also find it gives me no sides other than the occasional back pump on deadlift days.
