This is so goal dependent... In your situation, I would probably choose low-dose deca just to help my joints as I put on shitloads of strength and muscle.
But if you're not trying to get massive but just going for good gains i would choose EQ
And going for ripped, or cutting down or just trying to recomp to better bf you should use bursts of Tren.
On a gains:sides ratio most people would go for EQ but everyone is so different, some people get BP and anxiety from EQ.
