When I first started supplementing, CEE was was the new hype and the first thing I tried. I noticed absolutely nothing. Then I tried Kre-alk when it came out and got...nothing.

For years I thought I was a "non-responder" until trying Creatine mono.

Lol I know Im bumping a Year old thread, but has anyone tried CEE malate??? I got some on order, and was wondering if any of you have any experience with it?

first off, I'm aware this thread is 4 years old....

Going off the package label my friend.

and did you also believe that one KFC commercial when they were saying their food was actually healthy?

Mono is the worst. I stopped taking it because my gf started calling me a water balloon.:gas:

you were taking too much

Malic acid has 3 hydroxyl groups that can give off a proton. Since it gets substantially harder each additional proton, it is definitely doable. TriCreatine Malate exists, but by no means is it gonna be cheap to produce.

Malic Acid + 3OH- = Malate -3 + 3H20

3Creatine +1 + Malate -3 = Tricreatine Malate

lol worst scientific reason I think I've ever encountered and I've tought college chemistry.

lol why are you trying misc crap? stick with mono, creatine orotate (Clout or Orotine), or trinitine (Ultima).

I though CEE was proven torapidly convert to creatinine in water. Like, to quickley to be absorbed by your body.
