I am choosing pmag for first ever cycle over drop because I hear its more towards bulking which I want.

Pre load

cycle assist - what are best ones for pmag????
Multi vitamin
Fish oil

Cycle
pmag - please help with doses and reputable brand
Taurine - as needed for back pumps

Post cycle
Cell pct
Nolva at 20/20/10/10 or Clomid at 50/50/50/50 - please give advise


Does this look ok
Do I need anything else
Hawthorne or milk thistle? if its in the cycle support i shouldn't need more right?
I know where to get clomid and nolva but can i just drink that stuff? or what is best way to take it?
And

How many weeks do you recommend for cycle, I'm thinking 5 or 6. probably something like 75/75/75/75/75
 
Just run Cel cycle assist at 8 caps a day. If you feel you need more (I never have) grab some tudca. This has worked every time for me. I especially like the acne control on cycle :)
 
Antaeus Labs Aegis + Talos is a go to all bases covered stack. And I agree with the clomid taper. You could add an AI taper as well

I hear about aegis and talos as being good cycle assist. now I understand for blood pressure hawthorn berry extract needs to be preload, because in its first couple weeks it actually raises blood pressure until it flattens out and keeps pressure from spiking. Do i need to preload anything in the aegis and talos?
Should I buy milk thistle early and preload before cycle.
