Which carb post workout?

I dont like either, I prefer dextrose. I actually use G2 powder and Compete during my workout, and whatever I dont finish during I slam after.

Take a plastic container with cheerios. Mix with protein powder. There ya go.

In all seriousness why spend money on expensive powders when you can grind oats up? Less than 20cents per serving of 30 carbs. Plus straw berries ...hand full is 30 carbs.
Chocolate syurp is nothing to be affraid of. Sugar and high fructose corn syurp are equal.

I bout cases of canned potatos and pumpkin and blend it into a soup with coconut milk and eat chicken on the side. Toss in some cinnamon ect. So good
 
Any carb. Unless you are training again later in the day in which case glycogen replenishment serves more function.
 
I love creamed rice with berries and banana (although a banana is technically a berry as well ;) ).
