i again i did some other stuff!!
Salmon Cakes :surprised: with protein
In bowl separate 2 cups worth of skinless/cleaned salmon(ya need to flake it good like)
ADD
1 egg
1/2cup milk
1 medium onion
1-2tbsp whole wheat flour
1tbsp olive oil
2-3scoops ground up whey crisps
2 whole wheat cracker
some thyme, basil, and garlic powder to taste
mix this all together and form into patties(a bunch of smaller flat patties trust me big ones are hard to deal with, as i found out)
Get some oil in a pan nice and hot and fry both sides till crispy.
Great with mustard, or sweet Chile sauce.
I do have pics now of all the stuff i've made but i can't share because i don't have enough post to my name i guess. When i do i will post them if ya want.
