Where can I get good info?

I'm not a bodybuilder - I'm a runner (20+ miles per week) and, of course, I take a fair amount of supplements. I just see so much conflicting info that it makes my head spin.
Here is a list of what I'm currently taking:
Multivitamin (of course)
Flax/fish/borage supplement
Cinnamon
Vitamin E
28 mg Iron
Glocosomine Chondroitin
Vitamin B
Garlic
Vitamin C
Alpah Lipoic Acid
Saw Palmetto
Calcium/D3
Ginko Biloba
CLA
Green Tea extract
Echinacea
Aminos

Ok. I'll ask again, in a different way.
Is there a RELIABLE source (and no, I'm not saying this forum isn't reliable) where I can find a comprehensive study of various supplements. Things you need to know - are, have they been studied? Benefits and possible side effects? Who did the study and did they inject rats with 1000% percent more than any normal human being would ever take in to come to their conclusions? What IS the best recommendation for a dosage of a certain supplement. You know - stuff like that.
