I take 2, 30 minutes before First, middle and last meals and then 2 30 minutes before training. If I know I'm going to be eating a huge meal, I'll make sure and take 3 before that one though. The pre workout dose is probably optional, but I like the endurance and just knowing I have the TTA in my system while I'm freeing up some fat via the workout.
