When to take DCP?

I hate sounding like a noob, and I've run DCP before, but I'm getting conflicting reports.

Take it 30 minutes before a meal, and 30 minutes before a workout?

Both.

I take 2, 30 minutes before First, middle and last meals and then 2 30 minutes before training. If I know I'm going to be eating a huge meal, I'll make sure and take 3 before that one though. The pre workout dose is probably optional, but I like the endurance and just knowing I have the TTA in my system while I'm freeing up some fat via the workout.
 
Yep, that sounds good LT. You can vary your dosages, we recommend either before a meal or before a workout.


This is what I'm currently doing:



2-3 caps pre-workout

2caps before lunch

2caps before dinner.

Is that dinner dinner? Or dinner supper? Or after tea and roo-crumpets?

y'all aussies have some weird meal names.

Haha supper is usually a snack you have after dinner..hmm don't get me confused.. either way roo sausages are still on the menu today:hot:

Hey guys can someone provide a link for this DCP supp as far as what it is or what is so good about it, I see a lot of people combining it with drive and rpm, thanks ahead.
