GBC was BRUTAL today!!!!

Suppopsed to be legs, but my hammies are sore from BLDL on Mon...which means...CRAPPY form. I forgot to wear long pants :frustrate:

So...today was shoulders and arms...30 sec rest...:jaw:

Mil Press/BB curl
Rear Delt Mach/Tri press
Lat Raises/hammer curls
OH DB ext/DB Shrugs

I was running around like a nut! I couldn't talk to anybody - I didn't have time or breath :D I sounded like Monica Seles playing tennis..."Ugh" "ugggghhhhh" LOL

But yeah a lot of my workouts are super sets. Anywhere from 0-120 seconds rest in between.

Right now with my pre-exhuastion workouts, I am doing tri-sets with no rest in between....Freaking brutal. I have to use lil weights....

That's sounds rough. Yeah, well GBC is supposed to get that lactic acid going so it's working. I barely had the energy and desire to eat a banana after!

I can only assume that my cardio and endurance will be off the cahrts after 6 of these circuits. Hopefully, I'll be lean to match ;)

I missed day 1 on the next rotation of GVT today cause this convention. I think i'm going to end up with 3 extra days off, just I don't quite have the block of time to do it while I'm here. Theres no point from waking up to sleeping where I have 2 1/2 hrs to myself (including showering and all)

Yeah, that's rough...I HATE when something alters my routine. Especially, when I'm working on some kind of goal. Well, try to enjoy it and rip it up when you come back.

I think GVT will be next for me after the GBC and 1AD.

I'm going to flip to GBC after this so far successful GVT bulk
 
so xj, what do you think is ultimate supplement stack for use with GBC? assuming leviathan + incarnate are part of it, and nothing "extreme" can be used. I'm thinking just rpm, maybe extra BA, tyrosine, sessathin, 40g of fish oil daily? damn it sucks to be getting it from caps btw

If you are taking 40g of Fish Oil, I don't think sesamin in neccessary.

Anywho, I would get a good Greens Product. I use Greens+ Berry
I would also add R-ALA

I would use a low-carb approach diet, which works best with GBC.

Nice. Whats the Choline for? I keep some around for when I use some Piracetam, is it useful for anything else?

Looks good. I like Glucophase XR, but it costs more. But you should be set since Insopro already contains Biotin. I use to also take Syntrax's version, but looks like they may have changed it???
