My son just got a car, because he is ready to turn 16...

So he paid over half of it with his own caysh, and his mom and my parents kicked out some dough to help him get a '97 Prelude.

BTW I told him I wasn't giving him sh1t. I use to catch the RTD so if he wants a car he needs to work for one, unless he was getting staright A's or he getting a 3.0 GPA and playing sports.

Anywho, I took his car today, because he wanted me to take him to look at some car alarms.

The lil b1tch errrr lady found out and started talking sh1t, and ended up telling me, "Do you think you are coll cruising his car?"

I just ignored her. I guess she forgot about the car I have parked in the garage????

I'm 22 and still using mass transit everyday.
 
I live is So FL and mass trans here is a nightmare...but if I lived in DC or NYC or SF...I would NEVER drive! DC's metro is super clean and super cheap...I used it while on vacation a few weeks ago.

Yeah, I'm getting to ride for free still. University students get access with their ID card, and I still have mine. Staff also ride free, although I'm not sure if I qualify as staff.

Only downside is that getting places takes 2-3 times longer than what it would if you drive yourself. But thankfully there is usually some college-girl passengers to stare at for entertainment.

The time factor can be an issue, but at least you can work on stuff/read/ etc. while on the train/bus.

I'm doing the Incarnate, which ends up with 2g BA pre and 2g BA post workout. And RPM should arrive wednesday.

CHarles' workouts are also designed to utilize your CNS, so CNS before and/or after WO is a plus.

Wait, I thought CNS was "central nervous system" so how do I get some of the before + after wo ? :D

That's an odd thing to be mad about...is it that time? are there underlying issues? Is she jealous of your boy? Sorry bro.

BTW, good work with your boy. He'll appreciate that a lot more in the future. It takes courage to be a parent and not a friend! :thumbsup:

I'm doing a light bulk for the next few weeks, sadly sans Drive. I really should have raised my calories + carbs particularly when I had the Drive.

I do it on strength days and cardio days, around 10g pre, 10g post. For cardio days its the only caloric content I take in on my empty stomach beforehand. Haven't done a cardio day recently, going to get back into the swing of that soon tho.

I wonder if it makes sense to take more.

Sorry to hear that man. That's always hard. I know you weren't married yet, but make sure that this is what you REALLY think is best. Because they are ALL crazy...one way or another!
 
yeah I used to take ON Bcaa's about three -four or so years ago. I ve been takign Luecine for a few months now and notice gains since Ive started.
 
Leucine has many benegits which is an activator of mTOR, which increases protein synthesis and suppresses protein catabolism; as well as, affects overall glucose and energy metabolism.

In addition, these benegits are prolonged when Leucine is taking with other BCAA's. So, don't skip out on BCAA's, just make certain the dosing has at least 1-3g of Leucine.
