hehehe i been working hard to day. that why i havent posted alot just lurked. I had to replace 2 displays for laptops. a Acer ferrary and a dell XPS, i had to replace the keyboard of a Sony vaio laptop and reinstall windows more memory and a new hard drive to a toshiba laptop and i m reinstalling windows in a emachines. its been a busy day

I have eaten like a complete pig volumewise, but all pretty clean.

3 cliff builder bars, 1 pure protein bar, a tokyo joe's tiger shrimp brown rice + veggies bowl, 4 pieces of nigiri a bannanna, and its still not 3pm yet

its been a while since i did some DL yesterda i did and my lowerback, legs are killing me. i went all the way up to 335 for 5 reps, i almost puked but once i get used to it again im going to do more:D

I'm working out of our denver office, so its not like home where I have the fully stocked fridge plus whey powder. so I needed something to fuel the machine

:dl: nice pulls Z. I used to dl a lot, weight was never very high. I strated doing rack pulls, cause I could pull a lot more weight.

Oh don't leave me out, its all about impatience for me too. No arguing that. Right now doing the ~2500-2600 cal a day clean WITHOUT juice i'm gaining 1-2 lbs a week, and i'd guess its at least 90% lean mass as definition, vascularity, waist size, etc are not geting worse. Its a curse to be a serious endomorph. Did I mention that my average body temp is 97 at the doctors office? thats not waking, thats hrs later. So the main reason I really am taking anything is to be able to have better recovery time, and not be sore 7 days a week because it takes me that long to recover. Its still all impatience tho, as I don't have to be working out this hard either

I don't think you have a signed model release form from zombie to use that.

And I guess yeah, i may go a little high on what I am taking, but each piece does have its purpose, and specific goals as to why I am taking that specific supp

I still want to do a cycle, mostly just because I can. I'm probably an idiot. I think the full epi/revolt cycle with 2g a day of resveratrol thru cycle, and nolva on hand as well as 6-oxo for pct should work fine, put on 3-4 lbs a week for the 4 weeks. It will be rough to eat enough, but I think with my slowass metabolism it won't be that hard. Thats part of why I thought about a pulse really, spreading the same 12-15lbs of gains over 8 weeks instead of 4 means less additional calories a day, and more control

you should had said something earlyer. last week i gave away the last 2 SD bottles i had. SD/EPi would be a nice combo

Throughout, i'd be taking standard supps, so multivitamins, glucosamine/chondroitin, CLA, fish oil, etc Only exotic thing i'd be likely to take is my workout day supps, so taurine, bcaas, neovar and the like

I think taking that sort of resveratrol dosages I may not see shutdown at all really. thats the interesting piece of the puzzle. I pondered leaving the nolva out of the plan entirely (but having it on hand) and just giving the resveratrol a whirl.

I'm still not sure on doses tho. I might only go to 20 on epi, and higher on revolt, since i'm really looking for size more than anything. Its all about the looks, i'm a total poser
 
I should have added weeks 6,7,8 with tapering down nolva. I really should taper up the 6-oxo too, start at 180mg a day and go up. close enough tho for now, its still nearly 2 months off

Deadlifts are one of my favorites, unfortunately I don't have a place for them in my current routine.

At the beginning of the year I was fooling around with doing near maximum 1 rep for deadlifts and I remember just holding one at the top for as long as I could then coming down as slow as I could.

It was like my brain turned off for a couple seconds afterwards.

Even using anabolics, I'm assuming that it can take quite a while before the physique matches up with the image of bodybuilders that most people have.

I think you will still see some shutdown. But remember, in the case that you can't notice it, that doesn't mean you aren't still suppressed to some degree. So having the SERM there always would be the safest way to go, and if you're still worried about the liver I think you should just cough up the money for torem. You could also split the post cycle therapy between the two serms as a conventional way to save money and also save the liver, and then have some leftover for the next fun thing you decide to do.

I wonder if it was necessary for both Layne and Patrick to be wearing those hair net things throughout. Made me laugh a little when they kind of just jumped in with Layne wearing it and I didn't know what was going on.

I live in the same area that they're shooting this stuff about Layne and now Patrick, maybe I can sneak myself into some of these videos somehow.
