What happened to zombie being a real person speech?

"Here is a w.i.p. shot of a zombie Im trying to finish off for my portfolio. There are some areas that need work still, like the forearm length/weird bend, spec map, more charred flesh, and figuring out how to do the SSS goodies. Oh, and he needs some drawers on as I don't want him to end up being the magical floating zombie. Jordu Schell's zombie was the inspiration for this by the way. His stuff rocks. I've been to, two of them. They are alight, nothing special. I can't remember the big one I went to, but one of them only had one squat rack....

Well, i've been working out in my homeowners association clubhouse... its not bad, but its not a prize either. no leg press, have to do squats on a smith, etc.
 
no loose barbell at all - just the smith, dumbbells only up to 50lbs. really sucks. I may join lifestyles (it used to be a golds)

Just becareful. Doing squats on a Smith machine will cause muscle imbalances. I suggest doing over-head db squats.

no, well maybe 1 more day, thats when it runs out. I have bulk powerfull tho

Think I should go for loosing 12-14 lbs while not loosing muscle or gaining 8-10 lbs of lean mass while staying at the same scale weight?
 
IMO I would chose a specefic goal. Do you want to cut fat or gain muscle?

Maybe the first 4 weeks cut up
Last 4 weeks bulk up

or vice versa.
 
this days that i havent taken anything just Neovar + WMS+ Leucine

the days have been ok but i need something i think im going to use a 6 bromo product to kick it up a notch.
