Tough one. 4AD + 1AD sound like a solid stack, but the older we get the more benefical DHEA becomes.

The 4-ad I have is Dermabolics - transdermal and it's pre ban. It's a pain in the butt 2x a day and it may be impotent (Like Z ;) I'd say like E, but he's proven us wrong on that one!)

I read a post by TripDog that suggested 100-300mg DHEA w/ 1-AD to combat lethary etc.

I might listen to TripDog. Not as nearly as sexy as Z or E, but from some strange reason I think he knows his ish....

agreed...my only concern is Estro w/ DHEA, but I was going to add ATD on cycle anyway so, I'll take 25mg before bed.

So I'll take 100 mg of DHEA + 25 mg of ATD this week. And then up the DHEA to 200-300mg and add in the 1-AD next week
 
I already have the ATD. MMowry suggested it a while back when I was 1st thinking about this cycle.

For workouts, I know a 12 week program that switches between Pre-Exhaustion to more of a tradition workout. 4 week phases.

Or I have a 52 week workout. I've been doing this but switched up a couple of phases depending on what I was doing (cutting or bulking/recomp).

I am looking at a recomp, especially now that I am not using 4AD. BMR + 300-400 cals.
 
I think the pre-exhaustion wo would be excellent....I am thinking of taking a break from my normal routine and hitting it.

I'm looking at a 6 week cycle..including the preload this week - maybe 8 if I don't ramp up to 600mg of 1AD the last 2 weeks.

Do you think I need cycle support w/ 1-AD?
