I used to in my teens in northern NJ go up to a local apple farm in upstate NY where they fresh pressed cider, buy a half gallon jug. At home i'd add some sugar (can't recall exactly, half cup, maybe cup?) and then leave the jug with the cap open sitting on my windowsill for a day (in shade). you cap it after that, squeezing some air out first so there is expansion space for the CO2. every day open it and do the same so pressure doesn't build up too bad. a week to 10 days later, poof, hard apple cider.

We're not trying to gang up on you bro. Some times you need to get smacked upside the head. You're a young guy. You "could be" putting a lot of stress on your liver, endocrine system, etc.

IMHO, get your diet and lifestyle cleaned up and you will feel better, lose the bloated feeling, and then you can start taking your supps again in a rational fashion.

your right i think im going to stay with the Neovar and wms+lecucine mix. since its been more than a year that i been on supps that includes 2 SD cycles i might use this time give my body 1 month of rest

try reading the label on neovar ;) you are supposed to take the carbs with the caps. its not the same as AP
 
well, hmm then maybe eat when you take it, and mix some (like 15-20g) WMS into your peri-workout drink, or drink gatorade...
