perfect idea. I dont cheat on spur of the moment, so I dunno. When I know i'm going to cheat, I make sure I take some extra YG right beforehand :D I've learned to live with little to no carbs, so it doesn't bother me anymore. Cheese on the other hand....

I'm usually inconvenienced by yellow gold, so I just go ahead and do the cheating now if it's only going to be eating out someplace.

But in the past, I usually only end up cheating badly at family things where there's sweet desserts and stuff. I can never pass up pumpkin pie on thanksgiving. So I usually just ride those sugar highs out.

I was raised Catholic, but my parents rarely went to Church - baptized, communion, confirmed, Catholic High School, etc. Then I got "disenchanted" as I got into my late teens, early twenties.

After 9/11, like many others, I turned to God. Unlike many others after 9/11, I didn't turn back! ;) If I had to categorize myself, I would say an Evangelical Christian. Here's my Church: Invalid Link Removed

I presumed the first part since you being Cubano...

As far as my beliefs, I am not a fan of man made religion. I like to learn and read myself, but a lot of that stopped pre-9/11

Does YG work like R-ALA as a glucose disposal? Because you can pop R-ALA post....

Yeah, i'm still open to doing 1 cheat meal a week of whatever it ends up being

the 100 calorie thing being marketed is a bunch of crap. Same as low-fat or fat free, but it has tons of High GI carbs..........

I just cheated. I didn't even know this were suppose to be 'better' for me. I just thought they were regular ICS.......I didn't realize what kind they were until I threw the empty box away. Lucky there were only 3 left....

Jones soda. If you're going to pop a soda, do Cane Sugar (all of Jones Soda use cane sugar not High Fruitose Frack You UP Syrrup).

more or less. My mom bust my chops about it. She thinks I should go to church, but when I do, I don't feel the spirit. Remember my test, I was an Introvert ;)

All man made institutions will have corruptions. I believe the Bible to be the inspired Word of God. Salvation, Worship, Prayer, etc. it's all mapped out in there.

It's not always about a "feeling". I'm sure you don't always "feel" like hitting the gym. It's a matter of doing what you know to be right. This world puts a lot of emphasis on feeling, follow your heart, etc.

IF I followed my heart...:jaw: I'd be a mess! :fool2:

My heart is pure, but my mind is another thing :hammer:

I keep low fat string cheese handy so when I feel like cheating I pop one of those bad boys and down some diet coke. 90 cal's, 9g of protein, and 1 carb.

Keeps me from grabbing the animal crackers, bbq lays, sour cream and onion lays, pretzels, poptarts, chocolate chip cookies, flavored/sugared oatmeal, canned fruit in syrup, or hot pockets in the freezer.

Our break room is a veritiable carb fest o'rama, with 0 dollars down, and 100 percent guilt. IE, it's stocked weekly as part of our 'perks'. Ironically nobody here is obese because we all work out like automatons to keep the programmer chair butt'itis from creeping up on us.

Ahahaha south beach diet frozen dinner for lunch with brocali and cheese, and stewed pot roast! Damn I wish they made these things a long time ago. It's a miracle in modern fast food pseudo dieting.

I know, I like their wraps and salads too. A little small, but not all bad. Add an apple or something, and it makes a decent meal if you are on a 1500 cal a day diet :D

it maybe could. its so hard to say, very little good studies on it. Depending on complexity and GI of carbs, it might work after as well.

It would work if Muscletech put it in a bottle and said it does exactly that. Everything they make works that way didn't you know? Add placebo booster 9k, throw on sexy chick, or roid raging pee testicle'd lifter from hell, say it does x y and z with super Q power, and make sure you're wearing your Fizogen Strap. And it's all good.

Well I eat 5-6 meals a day, so it's perfect that way as well. It caps off my lunch nicely.

man that placebo booster 9k is the real sh!t, just as good as d-bol, at least thats what the guy down at the GNC said

Only pure masochists would feel like hitting the gym all the time, but for the rest of us I think we go through the pain to bring a balance to our life's pleasures.

Bland religion disenchants quite a few. Although some evangelical churches freak me out. Dancing with snakes, raving like you have epilepsi, and the general disorder in some just drives me nuts. But you gotta do what makes your frontal lobe go all fuzzy.

Personally, I'm always keen on a nice deep intellectual discussion over dancing in the aisles.

the guy at GNC offered to give me a free cytosport "musclemilk" hat. I said that they'd have to start paying me before I start wearing that around.

Lol, Musclemilk is like buying a McDonalad's milk shake and throwing some protein in it (Exaggerating...i know). But... all that fat?

Oh, by the way, I was informed that I received my gym bag AND also a t-shirt from this contest. Thanks, AN guys. It will be a week before they see use, though, since they're about 180 miles away right now.

Yeah, a GNC weaner tried to pawn some Mass XXX on me this morning when I went in to grab a quick protein hit.

124.00g of carbs in one scoop. I asked him if he was trying to make me a diabetic. He responded, oh you're supposed to take it in 3 parts throughout the day! Oh so 50g of protein is supposed to last me all day? QQ

I gave him a dirty look chugged the isopure protein and left it on his counter, promptly leaving the store.

It is best to pass your winnings along, you wouldn't want them to go stale during the week your gone.

For the peanut butter chocolate light its 6g fat, 11g carbs, 25g protein. I dont think thats all that bad. The regular musclemilk is crazy

And all I got was a bottle of RPM.. QQ

Seriously though, t-shirts are the best performance enhancing drug EVAR!

Hey, I like musclemilk lite! Their chocolate peanut butter flavor is great

Sure it tastes great. But all the claims that they make about it are a little ridiculous. It's just a form of nutrition. Plus it's called "muscle milk," you need to be really secure with yourself to wear those stupid words on a piece of your clothing.

Lol, I think the hiring process at GNC is something like this:

You walk in...
Boss puts a piece of sheite on the table and asks: "Are you willing to try and sell this?"

Answer yes and you are the newest employee of teh GNC fam-wee.

Oh the claims are a joke, almost as good as the strap :) but its still a nice tasting protein drink, and the cost difference doesnt matter to me if it tastes good

My cousin worked there back in the EAS glory days, and when Muscle Tech was just starting out....
