Most cap's are cellulose (ie paper like your parachute) so when it hits stomach acid it dissolves nearly instantly. Some are gelatin though, but the effect is the same.

It amazes me that the FDA bans certain supplements that were extremely effective, example ephedra, and allows a product like Alli that is certain to give you adverse reactions. Seriously, anything that's abused can harm you, even water...but Alli in suggested doses will give you these sides, amazing.
 
Damm XJ. Thats quite a supp lineup you got going on there in your sig, if that doesnt get you uber-built I dont know what will. Anyways, im getting some old At the Gates and The Haunted right now, have you heard them?

Thanx bro. Confidence level is high and feeling good after the EpiDrol cycle.

Just need to tighten up the diet so i can cut some fat.

At the Gates is good. You like Swedish metal?

I believe The Haunted has some ex ATG members or has some ties with them????
 
yeah, i'm doing double dose on the osteobolin too, 16 a day. they go fassssst that way, a bottle of 240 is 15 days like that. Hopefully soon, I guess I should PM lanbane to see when (or if) mine shipped.

Yezzur, I likeada Swedish Metal...certain bands anyway. I've gotten more into it, b/c I absolutely love the fluid soloing which im trying to develop more in my own playing.

Nothing worse than waiting on a package....

This happened with 3-AD, and turned out my package wasn't shipped....But they took care of me ;)
 
After further review, I started some protein shakes yesterday after not taking them for over a week. Just wonder if that had anything to do with the mudd butt? because I also ran out of Digestive Enzymes.

yeah, definitely could be. I was adding a bit of fiber supplements (thuffering thuccotash, thome psyllium husks) to my protein drinks when I was taking more in that way than solid, now i'm trying to just use 1 or 2 shakes a day, and the rest from whole foods

I go for solids, but since on vaca, I have no solids so my poop isn't solid :dump:

I think it gets to a point where you get crown overload. I have seen a few sigs that say "don't rep me" and such...
maybe it's too heavy for their heads, gotta work on those neck muscles...
