No such luck, for some reason my wife didn't like the sound of it (even tho she liked the sausage ;) )

Was a fun trip, that breakfast was at "Sam Choys Breakfast Lunch and Crab". excellent food in oahu. Hard to eat clean there :D
 
So I'm thinking of this for my next stack, let's hear some comments:


Cissus
Powerfull
Rhodiola Rosea
Ashwagandha


I was going to have Cordyceps in their, but I recently read a study on it on pubmed saying their was no benefits :confused:

Yeah, for the cordyceps I'm not sure I notice too many benefits. After 2 weeks use, there might be a slight increase in my ability to recovery quickly within a workout (less rest between sets). But not much else, in fact I'm suspecting that I'm having some side effect issues with it. Such as nauseousness/headache after I take it, and also possibly some appetite issues (like some foods just make me feel ill to eat it, when normally I'd be fine). Could all be coincidence, though.
 
I think on the cordyceps its real value would be for longer term activities, rather than during workout recovery. Like doing a long bike trip, that sort of thing. Maybe even extended cardio. Its always hard to say with herbals, even with studies done on them. Dosing is always a question (strength of extract, total mg) and so are all the other details (age brackets, level of activity, etc). I went looking for studies on protein absorption/usage rates, and most of what I found studywise was based on either elderly patients, or non-bodybuilders.

hahaha.... I guess if that's a formal request for a teabagging as a prize... we can probably come up with a fitting contest. I was simply saying that here and there I may just throw out random prize opportunities. This would be the logical thread to do so in......... never know when the next one will come..........

you ever seen when the sun reflects off the clouds making them different colors, like orange pink, mixed with the blue sky at about 7:30 pm? It is a nice view , and a good time to sit, relax, clear the mind and just sit in a lounge chair and look up at the sky.

Yeah, my parents live around 200 yards from the gulf of mexico in tarpon springs, so I know that exact look, its nice after a cookout on the grill, sitting by the pool.
 
nah just relaxation talk. Its hard as us bodybuilders to go full force 100 % of the time, it would be nice though,=)its important to relax and not go too hard. Unless your on steroids and can handle it.

I went out friday night and stayed in Saturday night. went out 5 hours. got a kiss close from a random girl, who kept feeling my abs , apparoached 10 sets of women, danced with women, got a number of a girl who weve been talking the last two days ..O and shes cute

Speaking of that, i'm glad the supplement companies have looked into natural based sleep aids. I need to try that X-Dream

It's raining here in central Florida too. Oh wait, that is just the normal thunderstorm every day for three weeks! Oh well, at least the tornado missed me yesterday...

I finally understand why people go north for the summer, but y'all be jealous in a few weeks!

I was in Orlando this weekend...went to New Smyrna Beach on Sunday.

New Smyrna is nice, about 15 minutes from my house. Believe it or not, they have a very high incidence of shark attacks in the area, and had a few deaths earlier in the season - none recently. Rip currents has been the thing the last few weeks.

It's a quaint little town, I like it. Sharks! Doh!

The current and waves were ripping it up yesterday. I got pulled out a couple of times!
