That is one way, but I was using the Hammer Strength Neck Extension at the gym. It has a pad were you place your head, and I have done all four sides (front, back, r-side, and l-side).

You can also use a towel for resistance. Another good exercise for the next was when I wrestled, you would bridge up on your head and with your arms out, roll your head around to each side and back.

Stuck waiting for the FedEx guy!!!

yeah the fedex guy is late getting to my house today too... Darn those non-airconditioned truck driving not really fedex fedex home delivery guys (ie fedex freight, otherwise known as RPS, roadway puke service, before fedex bought them).

The real fedex guys get air conditioned cabs.

The drivers for fedex home get the shake down like criminals coming out of those facilities (if you've ever been to a fedex freight facility it's like a maximum security detention center, complete with greater than airport security).

I love that hammer strength machine, but there's not one at my gym, they don't seem to be that popular these days.

And now you have FedEX freight....

Speaking of non-air conditioned trucks, anybody ever worry the heat will damage your supplements?

They sit in non-airconditioned warehouses anyways. Not like there's anything you can do about it. It's only at the fedex air deliver facilities that you get airconditioning. UPS at least air conditions their warehouses.

I wouldn't be surprised if some of the stuff gets cooked via freight before it gets to the NP warehouse.

I'd be just as worried about the handling. I've seen the fedex guy just throwing packages into the truck.

The fedex freight people don't have to pass back ground checks, and get paid half that of their real fedex cousins. I stood waiting to pickup a sharp 37" LCD at one of those facilities for 2 hours while they tried to find it (I called the day before and the morning of to get them to hold it because I didn't trust their drivers not to drive it to their house).

Those guys are lower than walmart grade lifeforms most of them.

I sat watching the people come in and out getting patted down, wanded, and sent for cavity checks for 2 hours straight...

This is what kills me....I almost have a phobia of it...

FYI getting fedex freight/home to hold ANYTHING is a PIA. They say they don't do it, but if it's sign on delivery and you're never home before 7, wth are you going to do?

:FUfinger: Only when I order from Biotest. They are the springs, so I get next day...but I have to have Fed-EX hold it for pick up, or else they will store for 3 days, since it was only shipped 3-day service. Freaking wetarded I tell ya.... Can someone tell me the difference between delivering it when it is ready compared to 2 days later when this actually touch the product a few more times more....

UPS ground always does next day within the same state. Even in texas..... They don't 'magically' hold it.
