Just a rumor I started. He was joking about an all night he was pulling on a new super-stim he was messing with finishing up packing pslin or whatever. Then the pslin test thread went silent. No more jacob...

More fun, if you have it handy and have kids would be to to make footballs out of the ground beef adding maybe garlic powder, salt, pepper + worstershire sauce, then baking them. cook the rice, separate it out into 4/5 + 1/5, add green food coloring to the 4/5 pour it out onto a big tray or pan and use the white rice to draw lines like a football field

Gaba rice with an appropriate fuzzy logic rice steamer is always good.

I have some AP on order to compare with YG. I'm thinking the YG is more dense / higher dose of berberine, thus it's a bit more potent per pill than the AP. They have some other 'stuff' in there.

And BCAA's don't come off granite very easy either. They dry to a white residue, it takes more than water to get off..not a good look with black granite according to my wife
