Sun light helps with depression Especially in the joints, backs of the knee's, arm pits, inside elbo's. Sitting inside all day is sheit for our hormonal balance and health.

well for my personal experience it does work but form e i would like to use it @ a bigger dose. since i started feeling better @ 5 caps , i liked how i felt the whole cycle but i just felt better @ 5 and 6. it would be a good cycle for winter since it made my skin really oily.
