5 grams of beta alanine and your skin will crawl off of your body. Seriously, 2 grams makes mine tingle and get red...

It did sort of feel like I had ice crystals floating in my veins scraping the insides, i'll lower it a little for next time.

And should I leave the taurine for post workout?

I took taurine pre-workout with citrulline malate. Nice non-stim energy boost.

I take the BA 1 g when I wake, 1.5 g pre w/o and 1.5 g post w/o.
