I want to do it as part of a clean bulk too. figuring that lanbane sounded not in a huge rush to get people started, i'd start it once i hit maybe 190? in the 12% ish BF bracket which I should hit mid august, then do an 8 week IGF-2/neovar stack with osteobolin-c at x2 normal dose to try and reach back over 200lbs and clip to 10% bodyfat during that time, or at least maintain
