Its funny sometimes, when I look at what some of the guys on this board eat. I can't imagine forcing that volume down my throat

Guys... that dirt yesterday straight up whooped my butt. My shoulders were covered in little blisters from the heat and sun.

Regarding food..... Kobayashi ain't got nothing on me! (ok, ok... he'd hand me my ass in an eating contest....)

I had considered that, but i'm bored with choc + vanilla (and have a 6lb bag of chocolate EAS whey isolate/concentrate from sams club anyhow, $24 for 6 damn pounds). I like the syntrax nectar line best really

I got tired really fast of the cherry syntrax nectar when I tried it

Thats one of the ones I haven't tried :) I really love the lemonade and the crystal sky. The apple is good, the carribean cooler I won't buy again. Not that its bad, but it got boring fast. I think the lemonade and crystal sky will remain staples in the cabinet
 
Regarding that contest....If you check the stats..... it's like a bantamweight vs. a light heavy or something. Either way.... SOnya Thomas is the most impressive one. 105 lb woman has eaten 8 lbs of cheesecake in a contest before.

No doubt. I think the prize he is giving would be better than yours, though.

I just had to throw out like 80g of GMS when I was capping cause the damn purple caps got mis-shaped when they were on my hands..I guess they melted just enough to not fit back onto the bottoms :frustrate :frustrate Oh well, I bought too much GMS anyway lol

Off to the gym finally, be back in a little!:donut:

It gets used as meal replacement primarily, and so that I can be on clipped calories, but still get in 200g of protein a day. its really hard to otherwise

Yes, but whey will cause a spike in blood sugar and cause a crash much like sugar. Not good...
