Yeah, so i'm not knocking the product, or debating its value. I just dislike the name, and the way the ingredients are named. I can see where PA blows off some steam at AN even over claims on RPM being a SARM, or some of the other claims people make.

Using Prasterone or whatever it is for DHEA just seems silly. The only reason I can see doing that is to hide that it is just DHEA, to try to get some extra placebo effect, and make it sound more exotic

Again, agreed. It's not as sexy to say DHEA, ATD, and Caffeine or whatever the heck is in there?

you missed yohimbe, fenugreek + tribulus. I may actually do a cycle of it, depending on how the solo results turn out. Luckily at least one of the guys doing it isn't the type to decide to start pinning testosterone during it, or decide to use up his leftover superdrol original during the cycle, so I should get to see something about gains.

I want to try EPI next...maybe Furazadrol

epi is pleasant, although I'm getting too strong for my joints and tendons to be happy now
I have furazadrol slated for next summer's cut, might put something like 3-AD with it

and the drive that I won yesterday will be started during or after my post when I'm done with my current epi/adrenosterone
 
Epi + Revolt for me! I was thinking of maybe switching to Revolt + Mega TRN instead, save the epi for later and just go for super mass :)

I've always wanted to be RIPPED...I've read some good threads about Furazadrol dropping the BF big time!

Well, i'm approaching ripped from the other side :) I figure if I slap on enough mass, then in the process i can run T3 to completely strip the fat off. I figure with even the epi / revolt cycle, I can get to upper 180s in LBM, probably break 190 on megatrn/revolt. during that cycle, i'll be doing low dose T3, probalby 25mcg the whole cycle. I may go ape**** and go higher, but looks like 25mcg is unlikely to cause shutdown of thyroid, where higher may be.

I'm scared of that T3 stuff...you mess up your thyroid you are screwed.

Yeah, thats the truth, thats about as much DHEA as you can take without running that sort of risk it seems. thats part of why the ATD is there too I think
 
I still have the o5rginal Stim X which has the meth axan(Caffiene stuff) -strong stuff. Yeah I regret ecven doign SAuperdrol , O well cant change it , only can move forward

I think it's a good idea to separate your priorities. Granted I don't have much experience yet with these fun drugs, but something like this seems intuitive to me:

1 month anabolic cycle (eat/train to gain mass/strength)
1 month post cycle therapy (eat/train to try to preserve as much strength/mass as possible)
1 month clean (eat/train for recomposition, maybe get a week off from training before and after this phase.)
1 month with anything for fat lass that won't shutdown testes (eat/train to get rid of as much fat as possible)

and repeat or modify from there

I just know if I don't have a specific goal and I try to do too much at once, I don't really get anywhere.

On my cruise phase The plan is the cut calories down to 2,300 for two weeks

Than When I resume my Blast again Calories go up to 3,000 again or higher if necceassary

The science behind this is cutting for two weeks puts the body into some kind of something(I forgot chemical names-Leptin?) Than when you start consuming more calories the body works better than if you were to go on strait though.If that makes any sense...

Well, the idea makes sense. Staying in one mode of anything too long and your body adapts. Thats why I went on a 4 week bulk, its crazy, not quite 3 weeks in, up 11lbs, bodyfat remaining the same.

Yeah, it's actually quite effective to change caloric intake like that to alternate between high/low phases. And I also heard some science behind it. There was also connections to how your thyroid functions in such an environment, I think, that makes it a pretty ideal situation to gain lean mass and also drop body fat easier.
 
anyone here think 6 rpm on workout days too much? thats in 4 1 hr pre workout on empty stomach, 2 around 1 hr post workout on not empty stomach.
 
So i'm now up 11lbs, with increased definition. I think poliquin was spot on about the fish oil. I'm even considering cancelling my upcoming cycle. I mean why bother with hormonals if I can do this with just fish oil/levithan/incarnate?
 
Nutrition is so overlooked and IMHO one should always be knoweldgable as they can about it

I hear about allthe mega dosing Zombie does, but never hearhim talk about nutrition...

I pick on Zombie, because I think he is the biggest offender. Thinking that a supp is the key.
