You need visual crappio .net to get it compiled or a C# compiler off the MSDev site.

Hey I'm not knocking it. You said word scramble so I assumed displacement, not letter shifting. If you said 'encryption' I would have immediately started shifting letters and building a tuneable cypher lol.
