I use the EZcurl bar for skulls. It's the only grip that feels right to me... straight bar feels like my elbows are gonna explode.

I usually do cable flys with the crossover cables, but use a bench... flat or incline. Yesterday I actually used the freemotion cables at my gym because there was a GRIP of people there. Kinda hard on my shoulder... would have rather had the bench and A frame cables.

I used the v grip for the overhand, and the straight bar for the underhand grip.
 
So you're doing 70 pounds per arm on cable flies? That's pretty beastly.

I might be able to get up there, but I always burn out the arms on the massive amount of lower weight reps. Perhaps next time!

I took the 40mg p/wo dose yesterday and got caught at fed ex for like 45 minutes before I could get to the gym... the epi started kicking in and I wasn't sure I wouldn't be able to keep myself from choking out the half wit that was working on my four shipments... I used to work in shipping and this dude had to have been stoned or something... and that's pretty bad coming from me...

Anyway, I managed to keep my temper and saved the aggression for legs... here is how it went

quad extensions (warm up) - 50lbsx10, 50lbsx10
squats - 135x10, 185x10, 235x10, 265x6
Rack Deads - 225x10, 315x10, 405x5(PR), 465x1 (PR) NO WRAPS
Leg Press - 4each side platesx10, 5each sideplatesx10, 6each side platesx10 (PR), 7each side platesx4 (pr)
Calves - 3 plates a side on the leg press x20 for 3 sets
Leg extentions - 150x10, 180x10, 210x10
Standing hamstring curl - 55x10, 65x10, 80x10

Great sets, great workout, my legs are def. getting much bigger and more defined with every leg workout. I am stoked... now if I could only get my calves to blow up...

Oh btw... to any of you spineless imbeciles on the Anonymous board...

Nice work brutha! I'm skipping legs again this week...the ramp up to 5 HIIT days a week is just too tiring, and I need all my strength...only 1 more week to cut that fat. Then I'll probably celebrate by squating a mid-size car...w/ annonymous a$$clown's fat mom in it!

So I got back and biceps on Thursday, here is how the workout went.

Pull ups - 15, 15, 12, 8
BB Rows - 135x10, 185x10, 205x10 (PR). I am starting to outgrow my gym clothes, I notice more and more when my back gets pumped up... this exercise does it to me.

Dumbell rows - 70x10, 95x10, 110x10

Lat pressdowns - 60x10, 70x8, 60x10

So I haven't been updating too much lately, my life has been pretty hectic... I really thought this month was gonna be mellow, but it's turned out to be really busy. It's all good though. I cracked 190 finally. That means I have gained 10lbs in four weeks. I don't think i have gained much bf%... I'll take pictures soon and post them up. I notice the shape of my muscles and how big I look has changed more than the weight. Each week people keep telling me how i look like a different person... I am pretty stoked. Definately not feeling aggressive when I am not at the gym. Just got a bottle of tren... that might fix that issue in another run ;).

I am already drooling over my bottles of mdrol and hdrol... can't wait for this October homies... it's gonna be f*cking nuts!:afro:

The shows were great, I had a blast this last weekend.

Back and Biceps is probably my strongest day, along with shoulders. I think growing up surfing and swimming day in and day out contributed to my backs natural strength... not as gratifying as chest however, though probably more useful day in and day out.

I am going to dose 60mg through this week, I feel great, no sides to speak of. Anyone think I should run it 6 weeks, or stop at 5?

I think you know what the fukk I'll say!! Go 6 weeks and go on up to 60 mg.!! You know how you're feeling. If you're feeling fine with no problems....go for it!! Get all you can out of this cycle and then PCT and recover. You're shut down anyways whether you "feel" like you are or not. SO get all you can!! And then some!!! :aargh:

20 minutes walking on treadmill

So I was working out my last tricep exercise upstairs at my gym... mostly just to work out around the girlies... hehe, and my buddy who is a trainer at my gym is training this chick right next to me. She is a bit out of shape, but could be hot if she got in shape... but this b!tch was sooo f*cking stupid, I couldn't stop laughing, and at one point I had to walk away. She was one of those poeple who fight with the trainer and complain... one of the main reasons I could never be a trainer... I would start talking sh*t and making them feel bad if they acted like such wimps to me... way too much of a boot camp mentality for most people to enjoy training with me... ANYWAY, this dumb slut is talking about what she ate yesterday, and she says "cottage cheese" and he (the trainer) goes "ok... dairy" and she says: "no, its got protein, it's in the meat group"... and he looked at me and I just started busting up... he sat and tried to explain why dairy isn't the same as meat even though it has protein in it, how it is derived from milk, basically gives her an explanation a 6 year old could grasp, and why it isn't good for her weight loss goals, but she wasn't having it... she claimed to be a dietitian :lol::think:(she really did. I sh*t you not. I about lost my grip on reality when she said it too... timber would have lost his f*ckin mind), etc, etc... classic case of denial and then just having diarrhea of the mouth once she realized she was wrong... couldn't stop talking out her ass...

... I would have slapped her with my f*cking c*ck and gave her a real lesson about the "meat group" as she called it if I was in my buddies shoes.

So tuesday was legs. I got a great workout, the intensity was pretty high, I was sweating after the first few sets. I decided to concentrate on getting as deep as I could with the squats, I put the bar a bit futher back on my traps than I had before, and it helped me get a bit deeper than usual, just felt more comfortable, more centered over my heels. I am liking 60mg of the epi... sitting right around 190lbs, leaning out from the initial carb bloating that I had going on. I got my first taste of real back pumps though, I can see why people might not squat or DL on the stronger stuff. It took 60mg before I felt the pumps though, but damn that sh*t was uncomfortable... it hurts kinda like an injury, but you know it isn't an injury... didn't stop my workout, but sure slowed me down.

LEGS
Squats - 135x10, 185x10, 230x10, 250x8
RDL - 225x10, 315x8, 365x4
Leg Press - 4 platesx10, 5 platesx10, 6platesx10
Quad extention machine - 150x10, 185x10, 220x10, 250x10(the whole rack) PR! Felt rediculously strong on this one... not sure why, weird to feel strong on a machine like this... but moved that whole stack.
Hamstring curl - 65x10, 75x10, 85x8
Calves - 150x20x3 sets

No, no, like 9 more days. Yea dude, through next week. Probably stop on next Friday as that is my last workout day. Since I took this one longer, I'm not sure my october goal is far enough away from my PCT for my body to achieve true homeostasis. I may end up having to do my next run around November... but we'll see... I am notoriously impatient, and my drawer of goodies keeps growing LOL!

What exactly ARE you running for your PCT? You can go to your thread and copy it and come back here and paste it if you want. But I will tell you that you don't have to follow the "kitchen sink" mentality that abounds these days. You could actually PCT a 2 or 3 weeker of M-Drol with Nolva @20/10/10 and use a test booster like DTHC. This is the bare minimum however. There are lots of other things one could add to these of course, things like an AI, some DHEA, and fenugreek, but the Nolva and DTHC would actually suffice for such a short mild run.

huge pump in my biceps, my arms are much bigger than when I started this run. Stoked on that. My weight hasn't gone up too much lately... i have been seeing my waist lean out still and my entire body seems to be getting bigger, more defined. I have definitely put on some size and strength on this run. It hasn't been what I expected, as I am not a person who feels the "on" feeling from epi... I kinda feel it, but not like what others described. I think the gains i made have definitely been worth running the compound, I have smashed a lot of strength plateaus that I have been stuck on.

My next run:
Week1: 10mg Mdrol, 50mg Hdrol
Weed2: 10 mg Mdrol, 50mg Hdrol
Week 3: 75mg Hdrol
Week 4: 75mg Hdrol
Week 5:100mg Hdrol
Week 6 (maybe):100mg Hdrol

I think this is gonna be a hellva ride... we'll see what others opinions are about it. Ziq... any suggestions?

It could've been 2 possible scenarios. You could have had a spike in Blood Pressure. You need to check it right after training to see how it is truly affected. Don't take it after you've rested. We want to see what it is right after intense exertion. And secondly, you could have went slightly hypoglycemic there. You need to be sure to take in some good carbs before your sessions. I always have a big bowl of oatmeal and a banana an hour or more before lifting. Got to have that clean-burning fuel!! You've had a good cycle bro and smashed lots of PR's along the way. Great work G-Money!! :thumbsup:

So i got shoulders today... I am still undecided if I am going to keep dosing through next week... I feel a bit better today, I am thinking I hadn't consumed enough H2O yesterday, maybe my BP went up, but it was 125/78 this morning, so I figure it's not shot to sh*t... I little higher than usual, but I haven't been doing much cardio whatsoever and well, I have been juicing, so what else should I expect? My nutz are definately atrophying, but again, at the higher dosage I expected this. I can still get it up, so whatever, the Nolva/PCS/DTHC should bring me back in no time. If I feel good all day today and through the weekend, I'll continue this run through 6 weeks. I have only been dosing 30mg Pre w/o... I feel this is the perfect number, 40 was fine, but I like spreading the dose out a bit more throughout the day since the compound has a 6 hour half life.

Great shoulder workout today. I pushed 200 on the BB Military for the first time (free weight, not the smith press). HUGE lift for me. REALLY STOKED.

BB Military - 135x10, 155x10, 185x6, 200x3 (PR!!!) Made my f*cking day. :twisted: I'm coming for you big f*ckers out there. To all my big bro's... you better watch the f*ck out. This lift tells my the epi really did its thing over these 5 weeks. I went from 135x6 maxing out around 150lbsx1 during my cut to 200x3?! Thats like a 50-65lbs weight increase! I was estatic today when I put that up... it rivaled the feeling of the first time I benched 225. Grins from ear to ear.
Upright rows - 95x10, 115x10, 135x10
Lateral raises superset w/ front raises - 20x10 each, 30x10 each, 30x10 each. my delts felt like they were gonna explode
Shrugs - 225x10, 315x10, 365x10
Hammerstrength military - platesx10, plates+25x10, plates+35's x8

FOREARMS
Reverse curls superset with wrist curls - 50x10reverse,(30wrist curls)x3 sets

Really stoked on the 200lbs military. I think I am gonna start picking fools up a la wwf ultimate warrior style and military press em for kicks. :aargh:

Thanks man. Hopefully you will feel more of the "on" feeling than I have had. I'll be rollin with ya on your run. What brand of epi are you using? IBE's Epistane?
 
G - I nearly ran almost the same exact cycle. I was actually going to run H-Drol at 50/50/75/75/75 and the M-Drol at 10mg the final 3 weeks instead of in the beginning. I figured since M-Drol can have some crazy shutdown I'd run it in the end then go into full PCT.

However since you'd only be dosing 10mg and for 14 days only this set-up should work very well too. I've known a few guys that ran M-Drol at 10mg and H-Drol at 50mg for a regular 4 weeker and they both had awesome results. T-Bol has been shown to bind to SHBG which in turn raises free test so H-Drol would likely act the same way. This plus it's 'mildness' makes it an excellent stacker IMO. :thumbsup:

That BP reading is not bad at all. 120/80 is normal. And the warning to the big fukkers---I don't know if I qualify, but duely noted!! Come and get you some!! I'm proud of your accomplishments here. Your intensity is note-worthy, to be sure! You're a beast!! And LOL at the Ultimate Warrior remark. He was awesome!! I was totally shocked when he "gorilla-pressed" Hulk Hogan!! :eek:

Definately some good info. Thanks dude. I'll have to think about if I want to run the Mdrol at the end or not. My thoughts were to use it like a Dbol kicker to a Test cycle... but at the end might make sense if I want my junk to work for 3 extra weeks... Hmm...:think:

IBE's Epi is a good choice... I ended up downing about half my bottle before I finished up this run after my epithin-e. Didn't notice a difference, contrary to what bs BS had fed me about the company...

I'll probably stick with CEL from here on out though. I trust those guys. The only DS that I have that isn't a CEL product anymore is a bottle of xtreme tren and a bottle of Black China labs Pheraplex clone.
 
So I decided yesterday evening that my run was finished. I drank a rockstar (I know, I know, caffeine and high dose epi... not a good combo) cause I was falling asleep on my way to a photoshoot about a half hour away, and my body just didn't feel right. I had only dosed 40mg so far in the day, and my body was just telling me it wanted to be done. I'm not sure what was all hurting, but I was very uncomfortable, and it was time.

5 weeks was a good # for the epi. If I ran it again I would definitely only run 4 weeks, but at 40/40/50/60.

So in 5 weeks, I weigh 192. Thats 11 lbs. I am pretty stoked on that, not quite the insane amount T-lake grew, but plenty for me.

I just measured my arms - 15" relaxed. Thats .75 inches that they grew since 3 months ago when I started my summer cut. :D

I'll be posting pictures and my other measurements tomorrow.

I definitely think the Epi works well, but it sure doesn't give me the "on" feeling that I was looking for. I dunno... I felt it some days, I didn't others. Definite lethargy towards the end of the cycle.

Anyone got advice on training during PCT? Anything I should be doing in particular?
