KILLER PUMP, BIG INTENSITY... Really pumped up, really tired after workout... I think that the volume last week wouldn't have worked week in and week out, but it was a GREAT change that allowed my workout to be short and sweet today.
Cable flies on a two tier tower? I use one of the machines with two adjustable arms... Freakin love that thing.

Really got a good workout. I am noticing 50 mg... I took the 40mg p/wo dose yesterday and got caught at fed ex for like 45 minutes before I could get to the gym... the epi started kicking in and I wasn't sure I wouldn't be able to keep myself from choking out the half wit that was working on my four shipments... I used to work in shipping and this dude had to have been stoned or something... and that's pretty bad coming from me...
Anyway, I managed to keep my temper and saved the aggression for legs... here is how it went
LEGS
quad extensions (warm up) - 50lbsx10, 50lbsx10
squats - 135x10, 185x10, 235x10, 265x6
Rack Deads - 225x10, 315x10, 405x5(PR), 465x1 (PR) NO WRAPS
Leg Press - 4each side platesx10, 5each sideplatesx10, 6each side platesx10 (PR), 7each side platesx4 (pr)
Calves - 3 plates a side on the leg press x20 for 3 sets
Leg extentions - 150x10, 180x10, 210x10
Standing hamstring curl - 55x10, 65x10, 80x10
Great sets, great workout, my legs are def. getting much bigger and more defined with every leg workout. I am stoked... now if I could only get my calves to blow up...

So I got back and biceps on Thursday, here is how the workout went.
Back
Pull ups - 15, 15, 12, 8
BB Rows - 135x10, 185x10, 205x10 (PR). I am starting to outgrow my gym clothes, I notice more and more when my back gets pumped up... this exercise does it to me.
Dumbell rows - 70x10, 95x10, 110x10
Lat pressdowns - 60x10, 70x8, 60x10
So I haven't been updating too much lately, my life has been pretty hectic... I really thought this month was gonna be mellow, but it's turned out to be really busy. It's all good though. I cracked 190 finally. That means I have gained 10lbs in four weeks. I don't think i have gained much bf%... I'll take pictures soon and post them up. I notice the shape of my muscles and how big I look has changed more than the weight. Each week people keep telling me how i look like a different person... I am pretty stoked. Definately not feeling aggressive when I am not at the gym. Just got a bottle of tren... that might fix that issue in another run.
I am already drooling over my bottles of mdrol and hdrol... can't wait for this October homies... it's gonna be f*cking nuts!:afro:

No, no, like 9 more days. Yea dude, through next week. Probably stop on next Friday as that is my last workout day. Since I took this one longer, I'm not sure my october goal is far enough away from my PCT for my body to achieve true homeostasis. I may end up having to do my next run around November... but we'll see... I am notoriously impatient, and my drawer of goodies keeps growing LOL!
What exactly ARE you running for your PCT? You can go to your thread and copy it and come back here and paste it if you want. But I will tell you that you don't have to follow the "kitchen sink" mentality that abounds these days. You could actually PCT a 2 or 3 weeker of M-Drol with Nolva @20/10/10 and use a test booster like DTHC. This is the bare minimum however. There are lots of other things one could add to these of course, things like an AI, some DHEA, and fenugreek, but the Nolva and DTHC would actually suffice for such a short mild run.No worries dude. I have no qualms about waiting a little longer too... Or just running the M solo for a two or three week burst.

We want to see what it is right after intense exertion. And secondly, you could have went slightly hypoglycemic there. You need to be sure to take in some good carbs before your sessions. I always have a big bowl of oatmeal and a banana an hour or more before lifting. Got to have that clean-burning fuel!! You've had a good cycle bro and smashed lots of PR's along the way. G - I nearly ran almost the same exact cycle. I was actually going to run H-Drol at 50/50/75/75/75 and the M-Drol at 10mg the final 3 weeks instead of in the beginning. I figured since M-Drol can have some crazy shutdown I'd run it in the end then go into full PCT.
However since you'd only be dosing 10mg and for 14 days only this set-up should work very well too. I've known a few guys that ran M-Drol at 10mg and H-Drol at 50mg for a regular 4 weeker and they both had awesome results. T-Bol has been shown to bind to SHBG which in turn raises free test so H-Drol would likely act the same way. This plus it's 'mildness' makes it an excellent stacker IMO. :thumbsup:
I went with IBE's Epistane. I would have been very interested in the CEL version if it was out when I ordered. However, I did like the packaged deal at Nutra that had Epi, PCS and Cycle Support.
