Bench Press - 135x4, 185x4, 205x4, 225x4, 250x4, 225x4, 185x8, 135x10... killer pump. felt really strong.
Incline DB Press - 70x10, 80x10, 90x5, (really felt drained from my bench press)
Incline Hammerstrength - 2 platesx10, 3platesx6
Flat Hammerstrength - 1 plate x10, 2platesx 6
Decline Hammerstrength - 3 platesx10, 4 platesx4, 3 platesx10
Flys- 35x10, 45x10, 55x10
Triceps
Skull Crushers/CG bench - 35'sx10, 45'sx6, 55'sx4, 35'sx8
dips - 3 sets of 20
press downs (overhand and underhand superset) - 120x10, 140x10, 140x10
