What's Your Snack?

Sup guys and gals, I'm curious on hearing what you all snack on (excluding protein shakes). I'd love to hear a few different option categories:

  • med/high protein and low carb
  • med/high protein and med/high carb
  • low protein and med/high carb

I personally utilize these different kinds of snacks depending on my contest prep phase as well as if it's a before noon snack, after noon snack, before bed snack.

My go to's

med/high protein and low carb
Ostrim beef/elk sticks

med/high protein and med/high carb
rice cakes + 1-2 tbsp peanut butter

low protein and med/high carb
rice cakes
 
* med/high protein and low carb

FF cottage cheese

* med/high protein and med/high carb

Blend: oats, milk and protein powder

* low protein and med/high carb

Cereal
 
Apples slices to carb up

Power balls: quick oats/dark chocolate chips/chai seeds/honey or agave nectar/natural peanut butter

Plain Greek yogurt w fresh blueberries
 
I'm always going to 2 scoops of protein, followed by a little water to mix for sludge. Add pb, cinnamon, and sugar free cool whip. Stick in freezer and eat with a baby spoon! You can swap the cool whip for non dairy.
