would full body work out routines or splits be the best for bulking? I know that 8-12 reps is ideal for bulking
 
thats more for strength, but its always good to change things up. you can do like EX: the 5x5 program for like a month or two then go back to the 8 to 12 reps. i am constantly changing my routine up
 
My routine stays the same whether I am bulking or cutting. I only change my diet depending.
