I see none have made it for human consumption nor got any kind of medical sign off

Do we have any news on, say Ostarines safety profile now, or reserach on s4?

We should have loads of data by now surely?

Bc they are mostly garbage lol
JK... But for real, whats wrong with taking some Test, Anavar and Primo or EQ? A lot ot human data on that, really good drugs, increasing nitrogen retention, strengthening of bones and ligaments, muscle mass while lowering bf.

Rad-140 had a study done on it this year where they gave participants pretty high amounts and they tolerated it well iirc. Haven't seen the study myself though and don't know what the status is for medical use. I think it was planned to be used as some sort of hrt, but without the estrogen component I don't know how it would work. I've seen @Hyde talk about the study, maybe he knows more.

The attempts to bring Osta and Lgd to approved medical use have been ditched, due to bad results I think.. (I might be wrong here. That's just the conception I've got)

each time its been ditched as inefective at the 3mg dosage

people have been doing 15mg+ though (abusing) i guess noone can measure that in any study

did olympus labs legend (lgd) and it most definitely did NOT suck! on par with epistane hell it may have even been epistane but you cant judge sarms from using osterine because osterine absolutely DOES suck!

Yeah they gave post-menopausal women doses up to 150mg per day for months, I believe to treat for breast cancer (RAD selectively binds to certain estrogen receptors in the chest).

The gist was that it did help, and doses up to 50mg were generally well-tolerated, although some of the women did experience elevated liver enzymes during treatment. The 100 and 150mg groups had lesser percentages of general tolerance/greater prevalence of elevated liver enzymes & sides that forced discontinuing treatment.

We don’t know what kind of side effects they had as far as rage, fatigue, hair-shedding: they were using this to treat cancer, so things like that aren’t really concerns. They only care if it’s working and if your bloodwork indicates you can hang.

But we did learn that many folks can take RAD at fairly high doses without risking major health concerns. You just want to monitor bloodwork, like most cycles.
